This was my first time visiting this restaurant! I’m usually a regular at Jackson’s but wanted to try another Great American option, and I truly enjoyed everything. The food came out incredibly fast, hot, and full of flavor no complaints there at all.

At first, I was a little unsure about the service. We sat at the bar, and it was clear there were a lot of regulars. Sarah was friendly when we arrived
she introduced herself and asked for my name but she seemed to disappear for most of our visit, spending nearly all her time with the regulars next to us. At one point, I felt like I needed to rush and order everything at once because I wasn’t sure when she’d be back to take another order. She was working alongside another gentleman who was fantastic, though. It’s also possible Sarah wasn’t assigned to our section, so I’m not entirely sure.

During a shift change, one staff member who really stood out was Jake. He wasn’t our server or bartender he was actually heading out for the day but his personality was phenomenal. I work in hospitality and Jake has exactly the kind of service and energy I expect at a bar, and I would honestly come back just to chat with Jake. He randomly walked up to us and started talking it was the best!!! We’re newer to the area so people like Jake matter for us!

I also wish I knew the name of the other bartender who was working with Sarah on Saturday afternoon. He gave us other Great American recommendations that were his favorites to visit and told us what he recommended at each place! He was very friendly, and my mango martini was phenomenal!

Anyway I ordered the lasagna, Mango Martini and Tex Mex egg rolls. Sooo AMAZING!

I think this place is better than my experience. 6 of us at a booth with two chairs. My space was so small I could not even put down my menu on the table. I knew a plate wouldn’t fit. So I didnt even place an order.
The people i was with enjoyed the rolls and thier meals. Especially the ribs.
It is also quite a noisy environment.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience dining at Ozzie’s. We enjoy dining at Great American Restaurants for the quality of food and the experience. The interior vibe was similar to their other establishments. The server was attentive and friendly. However, the dishes we tried ranged from amazing to a little questionable though. The crab dip, which was their special, was fantastic. The calamari was a bit too greasy and heavy and the lasagna was questionable. Everything else was tasty.

Had lunch with my family. We were served bread in a basket with seasoned butter. My med-well burger was perfectly done and the appetizers top notch! This restaurant is beautifully decorated and the seats from our booth was very comfortable, leather I believe. Our server Alison was very helpful and a menu expert.

Had a pleasant experience dining here for a quick lunch. Prices were reasonable for the flavour and quality. Restaurant looks good and had a good ambience. Food was good. Chicken parm was moist and also crispy on the outside and pasta was delicious. Lasagna was also tasty.

Yummy food in a great environment. It did get a bit loud at times but it was lunchtime on a Saturday so that was to be expected. I found it odd and a little off putting that we were told we had a 2 hour time limit for lunch. (We were a party of 7.) I had the chicken parmesean and enjoyed it. Good portion size. The one dollar bread basket is worth every penny.

Ribs were sweet but not savory. Slightly burnt. The French fries were good. Lobster and shrimp fra diavolo came with four large shrimps and half a lobster tail with a claw. It is made with slightly spicy tomato sauce on top of pasta. Definitely worth a try. Penne pasta primavera was okay made dairy-free. It lacked salt and flavoring. We would need to come back and try other menu items but The food was just okay for a Great American restaurant. The vibe is lively around the bar and outdoor area but the rest of the restaurant is very dark.
