This place is a must try for Mexican food. I have been several times and never any issues with food pr service. It does get busy here so if you have to wait, grab a cocktail at the bar and talk to some people.

The queso and guacamole are tasty. I had the tacos, chorizo, el pastor and the chicken and bacon, which was my favorite.

Other dishes were the burrito and the barracks Ramen, which was wonderful.

To finish. The tres leches and flan. Both were tasty but will add the syrup on the flan was a little watery but didn’t asffeerct the taste.
A mariachi band was there for a bit and that was fun to watch as well.

Taco tuesday specials are so budget friendly. The flavors are full and vigirating. My mouth is beyond happy . The new rice is simply delightful. 10/10 will get again!!! Our server, Javier was very knowledgeable of the food and drinks. Thank you for the great suggestions Javier. Delicious food and terrific service.

We had my sisters birthday party there. They held the cake in the freezer till we were finished eating. They sang Happy Birthday to her and everyone in the restaurant joined in. Great time had by all. The food was great.

This establishment was recommended to me as a must try. I love Mexican food and am always down to partake. I’m big on vibes and comfortability when I’m dining, don’t want to feel uneasy, that makes for a poor experience. It’s a nice place, seems new but I’m unsure, we opted to eat inside which has a calming aesthetic, with plenty of seating and very clean. Our server could’ve been more personable as it was our first time there and we requested additional time to review the menu. I was taken aback that chips and salsa wasn’t provided as it usually customary with most Mexican restaurants. Nevertheless, we ordered the chips and guacamole, it was pricey at $11 but honestly that was the very best guac that I’ve had in recent months. It was very flavorful and the chips were fresh. In addition, we ordered two burritos..(1. Shrimp/Chicken..2. I had the Shrimpolte, although smaller than most burritos I’ve had, they were still plentiful. My only gripe is I wish the rice and beans were mixed in with the shrimp as opposed to the shrimp placed in one spot. That leads to having devoured all of the shrimp and only left with the rice and beans, nevertheless, I digress. Overall, the food was good, no complaints there, they’re a little pricier than other establishments but I may try them again in the future on a splurge day.

They want to be a bar first and foremost, and that is completely fine. But I would not recommend bringing your family, especially if you have small children. The dining area is small, cramped, and loud since nothing separates it from the (usually packed) bar. Tables have reached up to 90 minute wait times on a Tuesday night. And while the food is good, it’s not worth the hassle of juggling all of the noise, waiting to be seated, and drinking when I don’t personally drink myself. Can also feel like a conveyor belt since they need people to leave ASAP to free up the scarce tables.

And as others have said, while I have no opinion on it I can confirm the 18% automatic gratuity.

This place was full on a Saturday at 5 pm, which was surprising but I guess that means it’s a well liked place. While full, the atmosphere was nice. You could tell people were enjoying themselves, but it was still respectful. The food was delicious and came quickly. Our server Leslie, did not leave us waiting long, and immediately brought water to the table. Though the tip is automatically added to the bill, she still provided excellent service. It’s a nice local place to be. We will be back.

The food is really tasty but it appears not all of the containers or lids are grade for hot food. The plastic shouldn’t be melting or warped with the food. That type of small container is usually for sauce or condiments. I didn’t eat the beans as a result of the melted plastic on a to go order. Also, whats the purpose in the secondary container to put such a small portion of beans? Just use the main container compartment. If spills are an issue on to go orders, then another solution is needed that doesnt compromise the quality or safety of the food.

I heard the rave reviews and I was disappointed. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing or maybe it was an “off” day.
The server was slow and unresponsive. We’d ask for an item and each time she’d forget to bring it and we’d have to ask her again.
The Birria Tacos are stuffed with meat. It’s juicy and tender but lacking flavor.
The taco trio also disappointed. The ground beef taco was okay. Pretty much the same as what you’d get at a Moe’s Southwest Grill (except Moe’s has that great queso!). Next was a chicken bacon taco. Let’s be honest: you put chicken and bacon on anything it’s going to be pretty good (a sandwich, a pizza, or a taco). The chorizo taco had good flavor but it was super salty. You could almost feel your blood pressure rising with each bite.
I’m willing to give Taco Love another try, but it’s going to be hard to drive past Banditos to come to Taco Love,

This spot is just so precious and special. I’ve been going here since it opened! We go every week now for taco Tuesday and it’s just the best. Recently, we stopped in on my mom’s birthday and I just asked off the cuff if they do anything for birthdays- and it was perhaps the best part of her day. The next thing we know they are singing and everyone in the restaurant joined in. They even gave us a delicious dessert. She still talks about it.

Each staff member there is fantastic- we’ve never had a bad experience.

I’ve had so many items on the menu over the years so I can confidently say – it’s all good. However my favorites are the choriqueso, the regular queso, the traditional beef tacos on soft corn, the fajita quesadilla, the churros, the tres leches (omg you won’t find this better ANYWHERE)— drinks wise, their smoked mezcal drink and their margaritas – can’t go wrong.

And yeah, so you have to pay for salsa- so what? ‍♀️ It’s good, too. All of it is.

If you like traditional Mexican food like me- this is your place. If you like it more American style (cheese, sour cream)- they have that too. But even better their community vibes and love for what they do shines through. You really feel the love- so the name definitely makes sense

Don’t see what the hype is about this place. I took the wife there for dinner on MLK day. The place seems nice but the food is way over priced and service was horrible. We ordered chips and queso for an appetizer The tortillas chips were bland and looked like they were saturated with grease the queso just tasted like cheese barely any spice to it.I ordered the surf and turf tacos the shrimp was burnt and the beef was very greasy it didn’t taste to bad but sst very heavy in my stomach after eating 2 of the 3 tacos. Wife ordered a burrito and she seemed to think it was pretty good. The portions were large thou. Our waitress only took our order and brought us the sodas we ordered the kitchen help delivered the food. The waitress never came back to ask how the food was or if we wanted our drinks refilled. Once we were done eating my wife had to stop the waitress as she walked by to ask for boxes which she brought but after giving to us we waited atleast 10 mins before she came by and had to stop her again to ask for the check. They take 18 % service charge on all checks and still ask for an extra tip on the receipt. It really seems hard to find a good Spanish food restaurant west of the Bay Bridge in Maryland unless for frequent the taco trucks in the Baltimore area.I could have thought of a lot better ways to spend $60 on 3 tacos ,1 burrito, some chips and queso and 2 sodas.
