The meal here in Douglas is much better than at the Taco Johns in Casper. Not soggy, oily, old and gross like the two Taco Johns locations will give you in Casper. Ate here with my mom and both of us thought the side of tortilla chips had way too much salt so maybe ask for those without salt if you get those… other than no complaints. Service was polite and fast during lunch hour. Got it to go, but stopped in to use the restroom and the place looked clean and well taken care of.

Tried a drive thru here. Wait time typical . Service at the window was horrible. Cashier was a large bearded dude who seemed to have no time to take my $$. Was busy not looking or responding at me. Sat there for over 2 minutes. Drove off in frustration with not one employee working the window.

The staff here definitely brings the 4th star to the equation. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. They were all also eager to help. They all seemed to stay busy and the it showed. The place was cleaner than you’d expect for a fast food place. The food is still fast food absolutely nothing special with one exception… The staff will make you just about anything if you have good allergies or other food requirements. I observed them gladly accommodate 2 vegetarian customers with no issues at all.

I don’t often eat here, as the food isn’t what you would consider exciting. It’s good don’t get me wrong. What really did it for me was the customer service. I made an online order and upon arriving, I waited about 30 seconds while the finished making my food. The guys in the kitchen and front counter told me they wanted to make sure my food was as freshly made as possible. They were super upbeat and were entertaining to interact with. 10/10 would go back for the amazing service.
