The service is great and the tacos/burritos hits the spot. The quantity of food is nice, but the potato sides were way too salty for me. I added nacho cheese which made them better. The drink sizes are gigantic.

Food is shit, if I could rate negative stars I would. The customer service was shit. Kaden at the window glared and didnt say a word when we got our food. We couldn’t understand whoever was on the speaker and they didnt listen to what we said either.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 – Super Potato Ole is tater tots with nacho cheese, shredded cheese, beef, tomatoes, very small scoop of neon green guacamole, and two dollops of sour cream. It said it had refried beans but we couldn’t taste or see it. Very salty dish overall
Super Burrito with beef, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, raw onion, and sour cream. Very uneven in filling where one of the bites was just mostly raw onions and another just mostly sour cream
Taco Burger really was just taco filling inside two hamburger buns. Tasted how it sounds
Ambience: 3/5 – typical fast food chain but the chairs were worn down with holes and the tables a bit sticky
Service: 3/5 – two workers were sitting at the booth and got up when they saw us walking towards the restaurant. Very short in their speech and didn’t feel like they wanted to be there
Value for price: 3/5 – pricer than most fast food especially for the food quality

Well , to the new manager, I’d recommend making the food so people want to come back. Make it where the food was sooo good that they crave it again. This has been my experience with other taco John’s in the past. For 30$ today you dropped the ball .

Normally, I wouldn’t write a review about a particular fast food place. “They are all the same”. Well this place isn’t. Its decor is amazing! A very nice place, visually and seating wise, to eat. The food was fine, what you would expect from Taco John’s.

At the top of the photo is the quantity of meat on my BOSS steak burrito I bought today for $8.29. I ate 1/2 of it without getting any meat so I took apart the remaining portion only to find 7 very small pieces of “steak”! Wont be back and will freely advertise the evperience!

Then you better get your help off their cell phone and serve the potential customers! We waited for, besides bad food, 15 minutes to be asked what we wanted, with us watching him on his phone! Maybe new management or owners will do a better job of representing a pretty good Mexican franchise!

We ordered almost sixty dollars worth of food through the mobile app. Upon arriving, we were told we’d have to wait in the parking lot for our order. After nearly thirty-five minutes of sitting hungry in our car, we decided to call the store to check on the ETA of our food. The girl who answered the phone was anything but polite & acted like we were a nuisance of some-kind. After nearly another ten minutes, she walked out to where we were parked & almost threw our food through the front passenger-side window where I was seated. Not a single “Have a good rest of your night” or “We appreciate the business” type of interaction. We got back to the hotel room to realize that the Taco Salad was filled with 3/4’s lettuce & not much else. The rest of the food was just thrown together outta convenience for themselves & not the customer. I’d avoid them entirely during my next stay & would strongly recommend others do the same.
