My family and I were visiting from out of state and were told to visit a Culver’s while in WI. We decided to try this location out and were pleased to see how clean it was inside and out.
The staff even helped answer our questions after we told them we’ve never been to a Culver’s .
As for the food we ordered a burger and a Swiss melt .
The burger seemed burnt and the Swiss melt had maybe a half slice of cheese on it(it was cut in half and only one half had cheese on it).
What I did like though was the cheese sauce and fries!
Overall a decent visit. I’d probably come back to try something else on menu.

I unfortunately had my first bad experience at Culver’s while ordering my food. The guy that I took my order kept saying mayonnaise with a southern accent and was actually uncomfortable. Then when I got my order, it was incorrect. They didn’t put cheese on my sandwich. I went back in they said they could give me a cold piece of cheese instead I got the nacho cheese cup. Also I ordered a plain burger patty and told them it was for my dog they then had issues with what to put it in a wrapper or a box. I said it didn’t matter to me yet. They asked me twice when I got out to my truck to give it to my dog on the underside of the burger, they had covered it in salt thick I then brought that back in and they tried to give me five dollars back because that is almost what they charged me for that single burger patty not to mind you. I think it was just a half. I told them to keep their money and fix whatever is happening back in the kitchen to make all of this happen again I’m 45 years old. I have never ever had an issue with Culver’s. This kind thing is upsetting do better Culver’s.

I went for culvers, I got worse than mcdonalds. This is what extra onions, add bacon + only ketchup & mustard on a burger looks like.

It’s soggy from the amount of mayo I never asked for that was put on, no bacon, lettuce was put on.

Did Culvers pick up some bs DEI policy or do the managers just not know what they’re doing, because the employees clearly don’t – this has been my experience at all 3 locations in the area literally every time I go here.

Used to love Culvers, pretty sure im done going to them now. To the owner, as a restaurant manager + business owner myself, you need to start firing people & hire management that care.

Within the last few weeks this is our second drive-thru disaster! My husband placed our order, paid at the window, given a number, pulled forward as instructed. We literally sat in our vehicle for a half an hour to find out the number they gave us does not match our food! Sorry but a coupon for a free ice cream does not cut it, what about our time we had important places to get to! Two times and the third time I say does not happen! We are done being your customers!

This location in Bellevue Wisconsin is a model store in many ways. I have not had a bad meal here, everything is hot and fresh. The restaurant itself is very clean. There is handicapped parking and access along with handicap access in the restrooms. I wish that all businesses had the ability to respect and treat people in such a good manner.

Lots of teenagers upfront not doing anything but talking to each other. Ordered a one scoop cone and dish of custard and it took over 10 minutes and barely anyone was in the restaurant. The cone was dripping on the floor when handed to me and no apology for how long it took. Would give zero stars if I could. The service/wait time is always awful when I come. Appears that was no manger upfront. Employees were wearing whatever they wanted not in uniforms. All around a bad restaurant especially compared to other Culver’s I’ve been to.

The first time we visited this location, burgers were fine but fries were practically raw. It was newly open so we didn’t think too much of it. Tried it a second time, asked for the fries to be well done this time, still received almost raw fries; they were so raw we had to put them in our air fryer to finish cooking. This time my burger was mostly burnt leftovers from the grill, not sure I would even call what I got a burger. Also didn’t realize how difficult it is to place a burger on a bun; picture shown of how my burger was wrapped. We won’t be visiting this location or any other Culver’s locations in the future.

First time here even though I live just a mile away. Friendly employees but must have poor management. Tons of people waiting for food, no napkins, bathrooms a mess, and 4 employees just chilling at a table in the dining room. 5:40pm on November 28th. Not to mention $50 for 3 people to eat fast food. Burgers super thin and burned, couldn’t eat the outer edges. Scoop of Oreo Overload barely covered the bottom of the cup and had 2 oreo pieces in it. It’s almost $4 for this. Come on!

We ordered a custard through drive thru we’re been waiting more than 30 minutes and finally the runner came to our van and he said unfortunately they’re out of custard. We’re so mad coz we were waiting for 30 mins. For the darn custard and why they didn’t tell us ahead when the time we ordered or nobody tell us right away that they’re out of custard. Why we have to wait for 30 minutes. Poor service.! Because we’re so mad we left. We didn’t wait for the replacement or anything. We waste our time and our money. Very poor management, service. I don’t think so, we will order again or support this Culver’s location!!!
