Everything was as expected for a Taco John’s nothing more nothing less. However they need to get their drive-thru speaker fixed. They said it was because it had rained. We were there two times in a span of 4 days and both times it was an issue. It becomes very frustrating very quickly! They can’t hear us and we can’t hear them. The second time we told them we would just come to the window to give our order.

Rolled in for 11am lunch and there was an extremely long line, I should have known but I waited anyways. The gentleman taking orders was amazing! Great personality and enthusiasm! But then I waited around 15-20 total until I got my food. The grilled chicken burrito isn’t what it used to be, it was mostly cheese and hardly any chicken. The potato ole’s could have stayed in the fryer for another min, they were soggy and not the crispiest. They were season to perfection though, my churo was much better compared to the last time I got one. My overall dissatisfaction came from their super hot sauce. It seemed really watered down and ketchup seems to have more of a kick to it than the batch I had yesterday. Sweet tea was good as well!

I wish I could give this a zero rating. The customer service was unbelievably poor. I waited so long at the drive thru that I thought they were closed. Then attendant wouldn’t look at me because she was too busy talking to her coworker. I watched as she poured hot sauce on her coworkers head and threw food at him and then still didn’t get my order right or even look at me when she gave me my order. When I went inside to correct it, and told them that they need to pay attention to their customers, they all laughed. They all should be fired.

I visited 2 weeks ago and I visited today August 29th 2023 I got to use not only a 25% coupon but got fresh potato o’laza and since I had to wait for that, they gave me a free small drink of Mountain Dew to go with it.

Not sure what was going on with the person taking orders this afternoon (3:30ish) but he was rude. He sounded incredibly frustrated and even cut me off in the middle of my order. When we arrived at the window to pay and recieve our food he was extremly short with us there too. This is not usually the experience we have here as the morning shift people, and even the later night shift are always friendly and provide an awesome experience. Maybe they were just experiencing an off day, maybe it was just this one employee, I’m not entirely sure.

First time at a Taco John’s. The tacos were so so. The absolute star of the show was the fresh hot tater tots. Add a side of melted cheese and it’s outstanding. I commented to my wife about how goofy it was to have tots with Mexican food. Boy was I wrong.

Taco Tuesday has become a laugh. The hard shell taco I bought on 4/18/23 was horrible. I threw it out . Front door locked,staff laughing and talking so much in the background the clerk on the drive thru couldn’t understand my order. Something terrible is wrong there. I’m done. It used to be a regular stop for me.
