It’s not often that I write reviews, but I feel As though this one is well deserved. My family and I have eaten at quite a few establishments in the Cheyenne area and the food is decent and the customer service so so. But this taco John’s never fails To disappoint. Our order is never wrong Always tasty and the best part of it all is the customer service we receive. Whoever Does the hiring at this Location deserves recognition. Because each Team member that we have interacted with was Professional , Friendly and memorable While going above and beyond to create a satisfying experience. I find that extremely rare these days. Thank you, Taco John’s Crew!

Got a four dollar burrito and it’s barely bigger than a bick lighter. Drive through is Ai and annoying, and value is gone. Therefore, not returning again. How can you serve that and expect people to come back?

Breakfast burritos were decent, nothing to write home about. The guy operating the drive through was awesome though. Great attitude, he sounded like he had just got a dream date with whoever his dream date would be. Decent food with great people, at least on the morning shift.

I went tonight to this location, uhgg! I waited 10 minutes for 2 bean burritos? They rehydrated the beans as I waited at 8pm, it was not cooked hard pieces of beans through out the burritos. I threw it out!!! What a waste. also there sour cream isn’t real at alll Really??

I had the Street Tacos Trio combo with chicken. I didn’t care for the sauce on the tacos but, that’s just my taste buds. They were put together kind of sloppily. I actually wanted something else but, they didn’t have it available to be made that particular day. The potato ole’s we’re delicious. I should have just ordered a bunch of those. They were perfectly crispy. I will go back again to try more options, maybe what I wanted in the first place.

Omg give this man a raise. The drive through worker made everyone in the cars day with his joking and expert puns while we ordered. He was in a wheelchair at the window but I dont know his name!

So done with this place! Really small order the receipt says no beans and extra beef like I ordered. They charged me for the extra beef then didn’t put it in there and still added the beans. Potatoes taste like old oil in the fryer! Yuck!
