The food was pretty alright. Went on taco Tuesday. Was still super expensive for 6 tacos but I had got them supreme or whatever it’s called. Not bad though. The hash browns were good too. I didn’t even know I wanted them but the drive through lady was super friendly and kept asking me if I wanted this and that.

Young man who took my order was very nice, seemed to like his job, and was very polite. They forgot 2 items, had to go inside to get them. No customers inside, 3 people working, only person who even acknowledged my presence was the young man who took my order. He quickly fixed the problem and was genuinely apologetic. Tacos had maybe a tablespoon of meat in them, one of the tacos wasn’t a taco. Overall, I gave it 2 stars simply because the young man who waited on me was so polite and genuine.

I don’t know if it’s just this location but my order was absolutely horrible and horrific! When I opened the box for my taco salad, I was in disbelief! Taco salads with extra beef and potato ole’s are my go to at Taco John’s. The potatoes were barely warm and had absolutely no seasoning on them. I’m very disappointed. $13.36 down the drain

The food was delicious as usual. That poor location seems to be having trouble finding enough help to be able to do more than cook though. It needs a thorough cleaning. There was a kid trying to clean the lobby but he wasn’t getting it done.
I’ll definitely eat there again, but it’s definitely off putting if you’re not familiar with the quality of food there.

I went here with my wife on Saturday June 21st at 2:30 pm and stood there at the counter for 5 minutes. We were met with no eye contact and were completely ignored. No hello no I’ll be with you shortly. I asked the lady if she was aware of our presence and she said yeah why? I told her because I had never been treated so rudely here. As I started to order a meat and potato burrito combo with no up grades which is priced at $9.95 She entered the order and it came up over $11 I told her I want that and pointed at the menu where it clearly reads $9.95 She just gave me a blank stare and said she didn’t know how to fix it. I said thank you and that we were going to eat somewhere else. This girl was in no way qualified to be waiting on people. We used to eat here a few times a month. We will not be back. There are plenty of other places to eat in Great falls. The waiter’s starts with a C and ends with an E. It would do the owner well to spend some time training this girl on the basics of customer service!

I was in Montana last week & boy it was hot, I drove by this restaurant, on the bypass ready to hit the highway, and thougth a nice cold icy drink sounds good as I drive back Canada.
there were only 2 staff members working hard, hot, line up in the drive through..and me in the restaurant! the restaurant was clean, & Michelle suggested a Tropicana Lemonade- she was right it was tasty & apologized for the long wait. Im human I get it.. what is better is when you are acknowledged, all was good, so was my cold drink…. Give the girl a raise!

Night crew is helpful and timely. early morning crew leaves the store filthy, doesn’t acknowledge customers. And several employees were texting and talking on the phone, never changing gloves or prioritizing customers.
