Decent meals, not large portions incase you’re looking for that. You pretty much get what the menu reads. We had a friendly hard working server. The management seemed newly changed out>> So I think the staff was getting used to different menus & some meals little different. So service took little longer than usual. I don’t think the staff was too excited about the changes lol. But if you’re looking for quick casual breakfast or lunch that’s affordable than here is fine. Tasted normal>> nothing beyond, but we just went for basic meals, so was ok.

Emilia’s Cafe inside the Pass Casino on Water Street is a hidden gem. I understand every situation is different, but I have no complaints. Host, waitress who got my drink, waitress who took my order, and a gentleman who refilled my drink, were all so pleasant. Great customer service! I ordered iced tea, the Chicken and Waffles, and the Jackpot breakfast. Yeah I was hungry. The Chicken and waffles had bacon bits that went perfect with the syrup. Sweet and salty combination is always a plus! The Chicken was fried to perfection. The scrambled eggs were nice and fluffy, the bacon crispy, just how I like ’em, and the hash browns and sourdough toast were a delight. They have a great selection of food, and were pretty busy when I was there. One added bonus I didn’t expect, I played in the casino, and got a $10 coupon for the restaurant, so when I gave them my players card and the coupon, they deducted the rest of the bill using my points (which I didn’t even realize I had). So basically I got a wonderful meal at a very inexpensive price (I did end up breaking even in the casino, so that’s a win for me ). Can’t beat that!!!

My husband and I went to Emilia Cafe on a Monday evening. The place was pretty quiet, 20% capacity. The soup and the salad was very good. For the main dish we choose salmon with veggies it was good. The smoked brisket my husband got was amazingly delicious.
From now on our choose will be always brisket at this restaurant.
The place is nice, the entire casino got a major renovation recently. The price is unbeatable, main dish around $15. Beer $4, desert $4.

The reason of my overall rating was because first time eating using my free two meal vouchers for military veteran then found out after I went up to the counter, which the voucher didn’t take up the whole cost total $15 but dinner total cost was $11.99. The lady took both vouchers w/o giving me the difference back, as I asked, and thought that was cheezy way to take it from me when I tried to call Security and the Casino about this had left one message to them as they never hardly answer their phones but I never a call back! What kind of service is this for a veteran to deserve from this business?

Fawn is one of the most friendly, hard working and positive waitresses I may have ever encountered. Don’t let this employee go. Also the best chicken quesadilla. Thank for having such a great chef even at 1 am. Most tender chicken and full of real cheese.

I really hate to leave a bad review but this place was unbelievable.
I went there for dinner and I waited 10 minutes for somebody to show up at the hostess stand.
She sat me and I waited another 5 minutes before somebody even came to the table.
The server was very nice.
The menu says they offered domestic and imported beers and I asked her what kind.
She looked like a deer in headlights and named off a couple. I asked her if there was a list and she said no. And she didn’t know all the beers they offered.
As I was sitting there, I can see the hostess stand. It looked like two of her friends walked by and the hostess did a shimmy shake thing, not quite a twerk, but still very unprofessional.
I ordered the pork chops and apples dinner and it was very good.
I don’t know what to say, seems like nobody cares about their job.
