Food was good, the part of my order that I actually received. They forgot one of my burritos, so I called them to ask if it’s okay for me to come back thru and grab it, I was met with attitude and was argued with. Tried to be nice and it didn’t get anywhere. Expected better. I get that working fast food is stressful, but come on.

I have a child in a wheelchair and have a handicapped van. This establishment doesn’t have a van accessible parking space required by law and trying to get my son in and out of the van was very difficult here. Actually no blue painted handicapped areas at all.

I went there on 12/1 around 10:15pm ish because I knew they weren’t going to close for another 45 minutes. I went to the order menu twice to see if he would take my order. I waited 20 minutes between both of those waits. No answer. All the open signs were off, but they said online they were still open. I do appreciate that individuals trying to take matters into they’re own hands and not leave late, but closing early and not notify a costumer when you can clearly see you from the outside is wrong.

I’m not old by any means or a prude.. the music blaring from the kitchen was inappropriate for the business… several f bombs… the woman’s bathroom door locked BUT DID NOT STAY CLOSED… it could be pushed open at any moment… locked handle and all… also VERY disappointed that there are stipulations on military discount… you’re supposed to be IN uniform… really?

Really don’t wanna hate on this place, but it’s this location in particular I had an issue with. I had come through a few times, anywhere from 30-45 minutes before closing. When I ordered in the drive thru, I was consistently told they were “out of” menu items and I could not order what I wanted. This happened over the course of a few times. I get it, it’s close to closing time and the crew has cleaned and gotten the store ready to close as soon as the clock hits 11pm. I know someone coming through to order 30 minutes before closing is annoying, I’ve been there myself. But still, it’s not like I’m ordering 25 burritos for my drunk friends and being a punk about it, I just wanted a meal when I got off work at 1015 PM on my way home. The food is good however, and service is generally good during the daytime hours.
