I LOVE, LOVE(!) Taco Johns! My problem is ya’ll gotta get your lobby’s open. I’m not taking it home and I’m not eating in the car. I just left the locked lobby and there were cars in the drive way and 3 employees sitting in the lobby so the staffing excuse sort of lands flat. Figure it out. Please!

I got there about 6:45 pm. I saw a sign that said the drive up was closed. Then I parked and saw the dinning room was closed. Upon going to the door, it said that they were closed at 7:00. There were two people in there working. I tried calling as I want to order a Taco Salad. The guy picked up the phone and just laid it down and walked away. I finally left. If they would have put a sign up that they were closed, I would have left right away, but they didn’t. I was frustrated. It was on a Friday night. Tell them to put a sign up that they are closed instead of what they did

This is the most disappointed I’ve been with Taco Johns. Around 11:15 a.m. I ordered 3 hard shells and a large potato (plain). I drove about 5 minutes to home and this has to be the worst order I have gotten. The hardshells had been sitting so long that just holding them the shells were getting squishy and soft, almost fell apart. The potatoes were terrible, looked and tasted like they had sat since yesterday. ended up throwing most of it away. Not sure when I’ll stop at another. I usually frequent Taco Johns but now I am not sure if and when I’ll go back. I tried to call them several times and the phone just rings until I get a message saying to enter some kind of code. I hung up both times.

It was as great… The service was very kind, end I was very impressed at that. The other Taco John’s on 13th doesn’t have the best service with employees. The food was delicious, but the one on 13th did make the food better. All in all, I say that it was a very pleasant, worthwhile trip, even though the inside café part is closed.

Rolled up to the drive-through and there were a few cars ahead of us, the staff member who took my order was extremely nice. Rolled right on through in good timing. Food was ready and everything tasted great
