Absolutely horrible. The food looked and tasted like it was taken out of the last weeks garbage can. Then I get charged for a med potato when I said small, but gives me a kids size drink. The kid that took my order was very nice but probably needed more support/supervision. Then I get charged over a 1.00 for nacho cheese that had a hole in the bottom of the cup, did not realize that until I had it all over my car.

The food tasted pretty good. I had breakfast food and the eggs seemed soggy. But otherwise it tasted good. They took a long time to get my food, but I didn’t complain and they apologized and gave me a free combo meal. They realized they did diner hi v wrong and didn’t put it on me to make it right. I’m usually satisfied with Taco John’s.

It was a great experience. Every associate was smiling and greeting customers as they were working. The gentleman that took my order was Alexander (this was from the receipt) was very personable and friendly. Customer Service is extremely important to me. Also, the food was great.

I honestly was annoyed their lobby was always closed, but I got a job there and they’re severely understaffed. Like if I didn’t join then there would be only two people there at once. How can you expect the lobby to be open with only two people. If we get more people I’m sure we’ll be able to open the lobby back up. The workers there are very nice also don’t forget to tip:)

DO NOT GO HERE EVER, ESPECIALLY THE DRIVE-THROUGH. They have never ONCE got any of my family’s orders right EVER while going through the drive-through. And if you think it’s just the drive-through think again! Today my mother got three tacos less than what she ordered, and she specifically walked into the building as an effort to get the right order. Seriously, don’t go here, it’s not worth the money.

They lost their best employee and now the place has gone to hell in a hand basket. The orders are never correct, if you can ever find them open in the first place… I pulled up once during business hours and visibly saw employees inside but the lobby doors were locked and there was a giant sign blocking the drive thru so no cars could go thru it.

The chicken quesadilla was what I ordered, and it was very well cooked. I got the potato oles for a side, and the place act like they are so fancy but the potato oles are just hash browns. They tasted good though. The person that took our order was nice.
