$7.00 for a 1/3 of a taco salad is ridiculous. I used to be a taco John’s fan, but I don’t think I’ll be going back anymore. Spent seven dollars for a third of a taco salad. See picture.

I make the drive from Fargo because tbh it’s worth it. Specifically my last trip tho was wonderful. I like to order my super potato Ole’s separated so when I get back to Fargo I can assemble them and they are soggy. The staff bagged everything up individually without hesitation, Everyone working there was so nice, the girl working the counter deserves a raise. She accommodated my order and was a gem. My order was perfect and delicous!

They were told no lettuce and no tomatoes as I am allergic to tomatoes and there was like 3 pieces of chicken in my burrito otherwise it was all lettuce and potato olays. This is not the first time they have messed up on my order so I will not be going there no more.

My friend and I came and got a cheese quesadilla and potato oles. He quesadilla was not warm, the cheese was not melted and there were little bits of lettuce In it, last I checked there was not supposed to be lettuce in it. The oles were fine

The workers don’t know how to read drive through and in store take out orders. They gave my order to the driver through person instead of me and I had to wait a extra 20 minutes because they didn’t know how to read the screen in the back and it isn’t that hard to read a screen that says in store take out and drive through.

It took me 30 minutes to get my order through the drive thru. Also my salad had little to no lettuce. The in accuracy of their AI system really stinks. The quality of service has kept going down hill. Not impressed.

The whole place was so dirty. Even the counter top. Our meat was ice cold and when we told them the lady shrugged her shoulders and held her hands up like…ya we know. Did nothing about it. No ice for pop. Hard shell tacos we ordered were soft shelled tacos. Taco salad the meat was cold, no tomatoes, no sour cream, 1/4 of the shell had meat cheese lettuce only. So very disgusting. Would NOT recommend

My burrito took 20 minutes to get, they forgot to make my entire order. Then I had to go back in and wait another 10 minutes for my side of cheese . Others were waited on and left. Then the burrito was gross to boot. Sad night for taco john.
