The food is top tier tacos cant get that anywhere else. The service was amazing. They gave our food within 3 min of ordering and the pop machine stopped working except fir uce and she took it and filled it up in the back. The atmosphere was great. They jept it clean and if there was a spill they pretty much immeadetly got to cleaning.

They got good food but terrible people, they called the cops on me n my partner for “adult activities in the back seat of vehicle” but all we were doing was cuddling in the front seat. And we had a blanket so if they “did” see something they never did. Why would anyone do that kind of stuff in a parking lot is beyond me. Also, where’s the proof of “clothes off”? Should’ve asked the cop that but I had thousands of thoughts going through my mind scared shitless.

Ask for no tomato on my burrito, the lady proceeded to ask if I was allergic to tomato’s and I responded no and still received tomato’s. Instead of making a correct one without tomato they proceed to put an extra potato ole in the bag as if that makes up for the lack of effort. Not satisfied

I order my daughter a combo meal. She got sick off of the hard (soggy) shell taco. She told me her talk wasn’t even hard, but soggy! She threw up. I highly recommend checking your food before you leave the premises. If an employee wouldn’t eat it, why would they send it out. I’m checking my food every time from now on. Even if them potato oles are cold, I’m taking them back.

Food is good and service is fast, but Wendy S is SOOO RUDE. It was my first time coming here and I wasn’t familiar with the menu, and she had a tone and attitude with me the entire time. I almost drove off. Be nice and patient with people instead of down right RUDE, otherwise you don’t belong in customer service.

I always enjoy my visits to Taco John’s. Their service is consistently speedy, and my order is usually spot on. The quality of the food is great, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The only downside is that it’s a bit on the expensive side, but overall, it’s worth it for the convenience and taste.

I’ve been going here for years and it’s usually decent but they mess up a lot. This is a food place and that’s it, you order and you eat and nothing more. I feel like it’s unnecessary to have an employee wearing a pin that says their pronouns are this and that. I don’t care what you feel like calling yourself today and it doesn’t matter, no one needs to know this for you to do your job or for the customers to order their food. It’s very unprofessional.

A worker asked to pet a service dog, the ginger girl who took our order didn’t give us sauce when we asked twice (she did the third time), and she gave us something else when we tried to correct it she didn’t listen to us. Also the bathroom is full of napkins. 0/10 don’t recommend but Qdoba after was great.
