Dine-in experience- I appreciate the fact that I could place my order with a live person and not have to use the kiosk! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and the food was hot and ready. They make great iced tea too! The dining room atmosphere is peaceful.
Suggested improvement- re-upholster the high top table chair seats.

Bojangles never disappoints! The food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Their famous chicken is perfectly seasoned with that signature Southern spice, and the biscuits are fluffy and buttery every time. The sweet tea is hands down the best around—no one does it better! The staff is friendly and fast, even during the rush, and the restaurant is always clean and welcoming. Whether you’re stopping for breakfast or grabbing dinner on the go, Bojangles always hits the spot. True Southern comfort food at its finest!

I typically place an app order. Today at 10:05 am I attempted to place a drive-thru order. As I asked a question, the person taking the order cut me off with such a nasty attitude. I told her never mind & spent my money at another location on Whiskey. Advice: if you want to remain in business, have a positive, friendly attitude. I don’t care how good the product is if the employees are rude.

Every single time I go to Bojangles, they are understaffed and it takes forever to get the food. It’s a shame, but one thing for sure. They are very consistent a lot of times they act like they have to pay for the extra seasoning. Either way Bojangles can have terrible service and I will always go get the seasoned fries and a hot fried chicken breast. If Bojangles got their act together, I could only imagine how much money they could make this is not just a one Bojangles it is at most of them in Aiken, South Carolina. I hope they can get their act together.

I rarely leave reviews, but this location deserves recognition. The staff here is impressively consistent—in being unprofessional, unmotivated, and visibly under the influence. It’s almost admirable how they can fumble every order with such confidence. Management sets the tone by leading through absence, which trickles down beautifully to a team that clearly values smoking breaks over customer service. If you’re hungry for chaos and disappointment, look no further. One star, only because zero isn’t an option.

I usually visit Bojangles at least once a week. I loved every thing except the biscuits, they had too much baking soda. Today the biscuits were amazing as the chicken.

Went at 8pm and the doors were locked. Employees saw us at the door and didn’t even acknowledge us. Then when we got back in our vehicle they went out the other door to continue smoking. 05/10/25

Tried to order Bo rounds. Staff told me it would be five minutes. So I changed my order. They didn’t mention that the chicken would take 15 minutes. Won’t be back.

They could not have been slower if they tried. Told us it would be 15 minutes because they just started some chicken in the fryer. It was 30 minutes before we got our food. This was all at 3pm. No crowd, not busy at all. I haven’t been this disappointed in awhile.

Average meal. Small Supremes.
I like the spiciness of the Supremes and the biscuits are the best. The fries can be tasty when seasoned properly.
I don’t like how much seasoning they put on the fries, which happens at multiple locations. Less is more with seasoning salt. Also the Supremes have gotten noticeably smaller, as you can see in the pic). The chicken-wing sized supremes are not limited to this location as I had the same issue in North Augusta.
Overall, the 3 piece supremes is comparable to the 6.99 breast, fries, biscuit, and cookie from KFC. I wouldn’t go out of my way to get Bojangles like I used to.
