We went to this location to dine in because the site says they are open until 10pm. When we got there, the lobby is closed and only the drive thru was opened. I ordered our food and it took more than 15 minutes to get it since only 2 people are working. While waiting for the food, one of the 2 workers opened the window and said “26.85” before realizing we’d already paid. Then I realized they had the food done for the car behind me but somehow forgot my order. Once we did get our food, we pulled forward and checked the bag only to find items missing.

Short staffed but a hopping place. The drive through was moving slow so I went inside. Only 3 employees on but trying their best to get orders completed quickly. A 4th staff member showed up to help too! Food was delicious, you can’t beat those Oles. Restaurant was a lil dirty but, like all places in the area, just really needs more people. Who needs a job???

This is bias – we don’t eat fast food very often. However based on recent service here- that may change. Whatever this location is doing – it is doing a great job. We have never experienced customer service like this anywhere. It is always a fun stop after a long day. Food is decent also and the price is certainly nice!!

Tough to say on atmosphere, the dining hasn’t actually been open since 2020 it seems. Taco were good, ole’s we’re a tad under cooked, but that could have just been the drive home with them in the cold weather. They tasted good, just soggy and not crisp as I’ve had before.

I’ve never seen such slow service. My daughter loves coming here, and once in a while I relent. It’s almost like they don’t even start the next order until the previous one is totally complete. If there are 2 cars in the drive through, expect a minimum 10 minute wait. You can sit at the drive through window for minutes before anyone comes to let you pay. Please do something to help this location!

Ordered and paid for chicken tacos with no lettuce and every taco had lettuce and the potato Okee were over cooked which caused them to be extremely hard. Upon calling the “manager” to tell about my tacos she was quite rude and I had to ask her name as she didn’t offer the information when answering the call.
What has happened to customer service… when this order was received it was asked if the tacos had no lettuce and they assured that they were correct.
I shouldn’t have to pay for my food and then call because they made an error and then want me to come back again because of their incompetence.
I am unable to walk or drive so this was another frustrating example of unqualified people running a business purely to profit not caring about the treatment of customers or the food they are serving.
I’m so disappointed I’m not sure I will continue to eat here or recommend it to anyone else.

Waited in line for 20 minutes only to see a few young kids working and standing there chatting. The oles were cold and the softshell tacos were crispy on the edges like they were stale and setting out a while. I know the world is short staffed right now, and I’m willing to have longer wait times, but not if the food quality is poor as well. If I have to wait a long time, the food better be good then…

Second time it’s happened that is says they are open until 10pm. Got there at 7pm on a FRIDAY, open sign was on, sat in drive through for 10 minutes no one came. Went again on a Saturday at 8pm, same exact thing only this time I see all the employees walking out and leaving all the lights on like they were still open. I will NEVER be coming to this taco John’s again. Fool me twice shame on me. Don’t ever expect this place to be open when it says it is!

For the last 6 months this place has been a joke. Sloppy food and sloppy, rude staff. Seriously the last 4 times we came through our orders have been wrong. We went through today and everything was wrong. Cold tacos that were wrong, extra potatoes oles that were underdone. All were basically inedible. No answer when we call. It’s a bunch of bull already. Either clean house or close down! Waste of money at this point. We won’t be giving this TJ’s another chance.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. Got here in time before they closed with 5 minutes to spare and there was one other person in the drive threw… They wouldn’t take our orders, let alone even respond to either of us. The person that was in front of me left and I had backed up and I was sitting in the parking lot for a second to write this review and a person came out with the garbage seen me and went back inside. Just so very wrong!
