I am throwing this away. Hand it to me on its side and it’s all over the lid. 9.00 for garbage!!! This is common sense that when someone orders a boss bowl or what not you don’t hand it like it’s ok. I am so disappointed and will throw this away when I get home. Drove a half hour just for this and get garbage! I don’t recommend ordering from here and this is not the first time had horrible service or food.

The food wasn’t made to order. I ordered 3 taco bravos. 1 had meat and lettuce. 2nd one had meat and maybe 10 pieces of lettuce. 3rd one had just had meat. Hopefully management will re-teach their help to how to make food again.

So just because it’s Taco Tuesday and tacos are cheaper, does not mean you should skimp on the customer. We bought two softshells today and we might have gotten enough meat to fill one small tortilla half full. Sadly this happens often so I felt it was time to share my frustrations publicly.

Ordered bacon breakfast burrito and they used shredded cheese when it’s supposed to have the melted cheese and no ole’s in the burrito either. Staff was a joke and were rude when I told them they messed up. What a waste of money

I’m not from Luverne but the dozen or so times I have stopped by (even directly at noon & 6) the lobby is closed. The staff often can be seen inside huddled up talking away while the line just sits and never seems to move.

The last two times I have been here the service is very bad. I went through the drive thru last week and the gentleman working the drive thru had the nerve to tell me hang on I can’t help you right now give me a few minutes. What kind of service is that. Then today once again I wait in drive thru for about 5 mins with a car in front of me. I decide I’ll go in. This is how she made my food today. The potato oles were ice cold. My burrito was a mess all over. Very dissatisfied.

My family and I have been traveling. We stopped inside at 6pm to order. Staff was rude, told us they were closing in 15 min. And we weren’t allowed to eat. We got our food cold. Potato oles were frozen. We didn’t receive all our food and they got angry when we asked for what we paid for. This place should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely pathetic work ethic from the staff as well.
