Drive thru is wonky and the wait time is long. I ordered a meat and potato burrito that had almost no chicken in it. It was really small a well for being over five dollars. The employee in the drive thru was not thrilled to be there, and it showed. Potato oles were super soggy and way too salty. I can feel myself swelling from all the salt as I write this. Kind of a disappointing experience.

Drove here in a motorcoach bus on 6/15/23 which required me to utilize their lobby service. Arrived at 9:45 PM, they locked the lobby doors early. Very frustrating to publish hours that your lobby is open until 10 PM and then you lock your doors early so I was not able to order food. And you wonder why Taco John’s International is shutting down so many locations due to poor service and poor quality. This is why.

First the food was great! I got the fried chicken taco and the sauce was amazing, the quality of the potato oles can never be underestimated they’re amazingly seasoned McDonalds hash-brown if I had to give a close example! It’s sad that there’s only a 3.7 star review because I think they deserve more. I love taco johns, my absolute favorite is the hash brown bite things, they are DELICIOUS (very salty though). Their tacos in general are also so good. Highly recommend

I typically go through the drive thru here on my way through town. They’re always great. I have a dairy allergy, and they always get it right. I appreciate it so much. It makes me quite sick, so it’s no joke. Love the bean burritos!

3rd time in a row that our order was not complete, but we were charged for food we didn’t get. First time with delivery, which was fine. Those kids need to get their act together when putting food orders together. We have lost over $20 to this place this winter.

I use to work in the food industry, and normally would not complain if something was wrong with an order, but this was just terrible!
Today coming home from work I went through the drive thru at ~7:30. (your hours say your open till 10pm on 8/5/23). I ordered 3 shrimp tacos and they must have been on the heat tray for the past 4-6 hours. I received bread crumbs with no shrimp to be found. Probably could’ve hit the large bread chunks with a hammer because they were so hard. honestly lucky I didn’t chip my tooth! I tried calling the store, and no one answered. I went back to the store around 8pm, and your front door says your open until 10pm, but your front door was locked? I returned the trash (3 unfinished shrimp tacos) that you gave me at your front door.
Cmon people… don’t serve food that belongs in the trash … I may have considered a different option if it was too long to make a new batch. Also, update your hours!! I most likely wouldn’t of stopped at a store that’s about to be closed!

Worst experience ever at TJs we love TJ. Waited 12 minutes in hot restaurant for food. Worker remarked to other worker, she has waited 8-10 minutes. Other remarked that is fine, food is fresh and hot,worth the wait. My softshell was hard and cold!! Meat inside was barely warm. As I waited I counted 7 drive thro orders went after I had ordered!! Also they lost 2 other customers who walked in and order not taken…so they left!! Will never go there again!!!

My order was a #5 combo, the young man at the counter was kind. Asked great details but thats where it ended for quality. My burrito had more lettuce than anything one potato ole’. I asked for nacho cheese which $1.59 for a cup of processed bi-product grade cheese!? Really!? My medium potato ole was in a small ole cup so I got charged more for less tots. I get that majority of the staff is teens but we all were once, have some damn pride in your work. Management has failed there team when state inspection comes you will fail horribly unless you start paying attention asap.
