We came to get food from the drive through and I don’t know what is wrong with the staff and this place if there’s only one person or 2 people working or if it’s a family business or what but this one definitely needs to shape up and learn what it’s like to run a fast food restaurant because a fast food restaurant when going through the drive through is you order what you want and then pay at the window and then actually have it ready for them and bring everything you ordered but this one oh my god it was so slow that you can take your order and the person before you would still be sitting at the window waiting for their order

Went through the drive through thinking it’d be fast because usually have no problem with this place…..I used to work here when I was younger as well as my own kids….boy has it changed. Had to repeat order over and over got to drive thru still wrong then had to wait on all the food with crying hungry toddlers in the back. The one guy wasnt very good service and the other boy tried to apologize and make up for it but I was irritated made sure I had my food and left. Definitely wont be back during dinner hours. So sad..this place used to be decent I feel like its gone so down hill. 20 minutes at a drive thru window….

The lady that took my order used the same gloves to make my food, type on the screen, and take my money/give change back. So unsanitary and gross. Take off your gloves when typing on the screen and handling money. When you go back to the food, put new gloves on. She was very nice, but that grossed me out.

The employees were nice however the lobby was filthy. The nacho cheese was discarded due to it being disgusting. It was lumpy and had a very bad taste. Instantly nauseating.

Friendly staff were very helpful with our large order. Food was fantastic. The street tacos were delicious. Even with a large order the wait time was minimal. Would recommend for some tasty tacos!

Easy parking even with boat trailer. Handicap accessible. Friendly staff. Hot, fresh, fast food. Restaurant was clean for being late dinner rush, but bathroom needed some attention. Great food good price.

I have been to this TJs I can’t tell you how many times and never had a problem, until today. Will never be back to this location ever again. Would rather spend more money and eat at the diner off the freeway. Literally ice cold Oles in the middle. Either the new gal working there is trash or they don’t clean their fryers. Not sure what the problem is but taking the Oles that were in their holding tray and putting them in the fryer for a couple seconds was not the answer. Adios TJs of Osseo.
