Not the best DQ, not the worst. There’s a funny smell to the building and it’s not very clean. Food was ok, not the best DQ I’ve had. They did accommodate my bun free burger request well but you could definitely tell fries are cooked in same oil as nuggets. Did have a gluten reaction.

Came to this location with my grandparents and whoever the girl was that was taking orders and working the window was extremely rude. Very agitated tone straight off the bat and didn’t even tell the total, just aggressively said “pull around”. Got to the window, getting handed items and when we asked for a receipt, instead of asking what was said to be repeated because she didn’t hear, she just turned back to the window and gave a face and said “what.” I get that we have bad days but this was just an overall rude experience that was completely unwarranted. Not friendly at all.

I tend to have a better experience at the Baldwin DQ rather than Cornelia’s location. The only issue I had was when I was double charged, but the manager fixed it for me and made it no charge for the inconvenience of having to go back. Everything else is perfect; food is great, blizzards are mixed well, and the employees are personable.

The wait at Cornelia DQ drive through exceeded 15 minutes and they tries to give us the wrong order. We are still in line and no has apologized or offered any explanation other than they are waiting on the food to cook. Dont stop if you are in a hurry.

Stopped in with the grandkids to have a treat, vanilla on a cone, strawberry milk shake and peanut butter parfait all fixed to order and quickly. We ate inside they weren’t super busy, the staff was friendly and the place was clean. The parking is limited and not the easiest to get in and out back on the road since it’s midst of a red light.

Ordered 2 meal first of all that costed my $30 i repeated my order 3 times bc the teenagers was in there playing and my food was still wrong and the manager on duty wanted to do what about it nothing that I could buy another meal….didn’t greet me when he took my card nor say anything when handing em my food shut the windows in my face while I was still sitting there asked for sauces for my chicken stripes and didn’t get that either….now I faithfully go here every morning for breakfast and never had a issue with them not being able to hear them being rude them not speaking when I got to the window

When we got here the lady behind the counter looked like she was annoyed we interrupted her hanging out time. I ordered a medium fry and a cupcake ice cream. They didn’t have cupcake ice creams and my husband asked if I wanted anything else. I said no. He ordered I sat down. Then I realized I forgot to get a drink. He went back to the counter to order me a medium drink and they charged me for a medium but they gave us a small cup. The lady behind him ordered a medium and got a medium cup. When our food got ready they told my husband to get it but his hands were full so he told them he would come back for it. When he sat down with the food we noticed they did not include my medium fry. We looked at the receipt and saw they didn’t even ring it up. My husband offered to get me one but I told him it was ok I wasn’t all that hungry and I don’t want to give them any more money. As we were eating we noticed some other people getting their food taken to them instead of just being shoved across the counter at them. The burger he got was good but the fries were lukewarm at best and stone cold by the time he was half way finished with them.

This is nasty!!! Not fresh at all got this around 6:30pm definitely not fresh at all. Teenagers don’t know what they are doing! Not friendly at all ignored us for about 10 minutes. Chicken was dry and nasty
