First time trying this place, as we don’t have them in my area. Most definitely better than Taco Bell, also a little bit pricier than them, but worth the extra. The Potato Ole’s were pretty good without sauce, and I’m sure would be really good with some, but I didn’t want to risk spilling sauce in the car.

From the time we walked in to the time we left, the manager/owner (Julie) was so rude to her young employees. One employee appeared to be only 14 and nearly in tears. After repeatedly talking down to him, we then heard her taunting him to smile, “you can at least act like you want to be here and smile… Smile. Smile. Smile.” The food prepared by the employees was good. We were missing one order of potatoes but the owner confidently said we only had one and didn’t pay for a second even after looking at the screen (which clearly showed 2). The young employee even had to point it out to her because she wouldn’t believe us.

Food was amazing for being my first time eating at a Taco John’s. Employees were very friendly, welcoming, and understanding that we had no clue on what to order. After our order was placed an employee brought our food to the table, 100% best experience I’ve ever seen at a restaurant in a long time. 10/10 would stop at this specific Taco John’s again.
