It was a very good place, we had a very good worker who is extremely patient when we didn’t know exactly what we wanted and had an overall good experience ordering. Highly recommended! Very much wish I knew who the employee was but I forgot to check for a name tag. All I know is that We ordered at approximately 1:15 October 26th 2025

So I order from here all the time, and at this point I’m about to just stop ordering on Sundays. I only have a problem with this location on Sundays…
Ordered my pizza, and 9mins later received a text saying it was on the way. I noticed 15min went past, which is cool cause you know benefit of the doubt .. then I see the driver pull up, I kid you not, dude sat outside for a good 3-4 mins texting…. Texting… Like I watched him .. so I finally open the door thinking he needed to see I was waiting, he almost hands me two fanta, still trying to give benefit of the doubt, because at this point now I know you weren’t checking my order you verified you were texting… Okay, so I looked at my pizza, and I almost cried.. it look like it fell through the box. No lie .. I have never seen a pizza look like that, to the point now I’m inspecting the pizza… The dough is gooey, like literally under cooked, can’t even tell the cut… And I asked for traditional….
Highly disappointed…. Like not even worth trusting Sunday staff to fix this. I was gonna call and asked to not tip em, be sure that negligence at its finest, but I don’t want nobody income messed up that works off tips . Just pay more attention and take your job seriously… Please… Now I will tip at the door AFTER inspecting my pizza, you’ve truly messed it up for your coworkers as I ALWAYS tip…

We did a phone order for a carry out pizza as we were nearby. They were friendly and helpful. Our pizza was ready when we arrived and it looked and smelled delicious. The pizza wasn’t for us sadly. They even have a small parking lot. One thing I’ve learned from years of visiting the Cinn area is that La Rosa is consistently pretty amazing.

Took a minute to be seated. . .had to order my pizza with light sauce because they tend to over do it and it gives me heartburn. . .other than that it was good. . .the waitress got missing and it was hard to get a refill. . .waited for the waitress to take check she took to long so I went up front and paid it myself. . .I would go back maybe not to that location use to the main one off Queen City

This location SAVED OUR LIVES (metaphorically) after a catering order from another restaurant messed up. They were able to help us feed our 100 person group within 30 minutes during lunch on a Friday. Not only that, but the pizza and salads were FANTASTIC! Our group was very happy. I would absolutely come here again for personal or cater a group again!! Thank you LaRosa’s College Hill!

Gunner, Wanda and Naraya took care of my issues without batting an eye. Our pizza was outstanding and customer service at the College Hill location phenomenal. Which is more than I can say for the management when you call the phone number with your issue manager spoke to was definitely annoyed and did not want to help me find an answer to my issue which was not getting the promotional code when you sign up for the rewards program. It wasn’t until her supervisor stepped in after she repeated herself about 10 times that I was not going to get that deal and said I’m going to give it to her. A promotional deal is just that if it does not state that it will take 48 hours on the advertisement flyer then it should be honored. This was the second time it was not until I walked in the store and they handled the issue with such kindness going out of their way to call their manager. So whoever that woman was, they took my call and was so dismissive and clearly annoyed. I’m going to say this you never know what somebody is going through and if you could not honor it, but would’ve handled it in a professional manner I understood but now I’m kind of gonna go out of my way to make sure you cannot be mean to anyone else. The world has enough bullies do better. College Hill all of you are truly the MVPs.

I don’t go to LaRosa’s often, but on this particular occasion I was in town visiting a friend and we decided to order for carry out. The pizza was the best I’ve ever had from any LaRosa’s location, and it was ready within 15 minutes on a Friday night.
