Make sure to check your order before you leave . And don’t expect them to make something even if it was their mistake . The receipts can be misleading, best to check price first cuz their not the greatest at customer service. (10 years retail management I should know ! )

I stopped decided get some Taco John’s for lunch with Grandma. I ordered her a beef burrito with cheese which was great. I had ordered a steak super burrito. It was all rice and black beans and pico de gallo I had six to seven pieces maybe of steak meat, mind you they were pretty little. I will not order a $7 burrito again from there. This is not the first time either. So if you like meat ,you either going to pay for extra or you barely get any.

Formerly hated Taco John’s due to a bad visit in Marshfield over 10 years ago. We decided to give this location a shot….SOOO glad we did. We are hooked! The food is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is clean. Better than Taco Bell, hands down!

Always liked Taco Johns over the “other taco place”. Just like the taste of their food. This TJ is a newer store but does have limited seating at lunch time. But the food is great & the service is even better! Very polite, professional staff every time we have been there.

They gave me the wrong order so I went back and the employee kept saying I should’ve called even though I literally brought the order back with the receipt. They refused to do anything about it and to reorder again. Never going back. At least if you mess up, own up to it.

Management doesn’t have a lick of customer service in their bones. If you have issues with their POS app it’s your fault and they react to your frustration with anger and blame you. I won’t be back, I like the food but I won’t contribute to someone’s salary who can’t bother to answer the phone.
