Did online order for pick up both breakfast and lunch recently. My order is always correct and nothing is missing or done wrong. The only complaint I have is when ordering through the app and going to the drive thru, I often have to go park in the parking lot, which means going back to the street to go back into the parking lot. Just a bit of a pain, by its not the restaurants fault. Otherwise I always enjoy going here and the food is delicious!

I have never had a problem with this restaurant until this morning when I found out that just because the hours state that it’s open at 6 does not mean there will be anyone there to take/ make your order. I had made a mobile order at around 6:20 AM and came to pick it up at 6:30 AM, instead I’ve waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes before someone had come out and said that she was the only one there and would now start to make my order. I then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my food to be made.

This place used to be really good value. Now they tack on almost 5 dollars for sides and dont mention it. Also everytime i get a grilled stuff burrito its completley different. One time they threw stale sun chips in my burrito, im not kidding. It was disgusting.

This grumpy old man yelled at me for bringing my bike inside then remarked something about me lacking intelligence for not having a bike lock.
It kind of hurt my feelings.
I hope that guy finds some peace in his life or maybe learns to talk to people nicely.

I had ordered 2 Boss Burritos STEAK and they gave me 2 Fiesta Burritos which ended up being chicken. I called to ask them to see what happened on their end or what’s going on. The manager went to go ask about the boss burritos and if we gave it to me, even though I already explained to him that two burritos were given to me, they were just the incorrect burritos and then he ended up hanging the phone up on me. I have continuously tried to call back multiple times and they have been answering and hanging up the phone answering and hanging up the phone and I finally got through on more than just one ring. They answered and hung up the phone. This is totally unprofessional from a manager, especially if you give the customer the wrong items I wasn’t looking for free food. I was trying to make them aware of the situation because the burritos are good still did I want steak though yes and I don’t know what the price difference is from the Boss burrito and the fiesta burrito and if I paid more for the boss burrito and I didn’t get it I would probably ask for a refund on just the difference alone. Such a shame that I had to call corporate.

Normally I love stopping at Taco John’s. Today was not so great, I ordered and adding cilantro, lime rice, and when I got home, I didn’t see it in my phone. I called and the manager was too busy to speak to me and the staff member told them what was wrong and the response that I got was that it was in the middle of it, I have a picture of the middle of it and it’s just a bunch of beans. I’m upset because they charged extra for the rice which is not there. The manager wouldn’t even take my call and brushed me off saying it was.

You used to be greeted by this nice young man, who would talk to you.
Now you get pushed with the suggestive sale? No, listen to what WE want and have ordered. To me, tater tots aren’t what I want at a “Mexican” restaurant. You tell them “no, I want what I ordered”, same thing with a soda. Don’t add one soda for everyone. Not everybody wants and drinks it .
And let’s talk about the ATTITUDE of the dark skinned guy. MAKE AN EFFORT TO PASS THE FOOD TRAY TO ME, not just bend your arms three inches and I’m supposed to reach way over the register. I have arms and legs that don’t move well. Way to go on making the handicapped person feel welcomed here. ♀️
