I have to share an experience i had with this store.
I placed an online order and inadvertently selected pickup instead of delivery. Since there is no provision to cancel the order anywhere on the website, I called them.
Robin answered the call, l asked if there was a way to change the order to delivery but the answer was no. Robin, in a fit of providing EXCELLENT service, went all the way to their district ops manager and arranged for a credit.
Robin proceeded to help me get a new order and get it delivered. This was, again, excellent service. But it gets better.
When the order arrived, the driver left the food and was walking away when I noticed 1 drink had not been delivered. So what did the driver do? She apologized and went back to get the drink. Not only did she bring the drink, which was great, she brought 2 Church’s too. Again an excellent recovery for Taco John’s.
And finally, after and hour had passed, what did I get, a follow up call from Robin. She called to let me know the credit had been put in and to make sure the order was correct and if we enjoyed it.
12 out of 10 points to Robin, the driver and Taco John’s on Kimberly Road in Davenport IA.
Great staff makes a great restaurant.

My first time at this location, the server was rushing me even after I stated that it was my first time and didn’t know what was on the menu . Not everyone that comes to a restaurant is a regular customer.

First time here. Great first impression. Food was good and fresh. Combo meals are fair with good sized drinks and sides for a small. They carry Pepsi products, and lemonade and root beer.

It’s been 5 years since I’ve been to a Taco John’s and I gotta say. This trip was very much worth the 20 minute drive. My pregnant wife and daughter love the food. The service was awesome, polite, courteous and pleasant.

We always get the six pack and a pound. You can never go wrong with that. Little disappointed in the super potato ole. Small and not much meat on it at all. We never have a problem with food being cold but it wasn’t that warm. Still tasted really good. I will go again, but stick to the six pack and a pound.

My brother and I were on a road trip, and I had never had Taco John’s but he was super fond of it from when he lived in Wyoming…. I can see why, the food was great! Seems a lot fresher than other chains and the staff were all super friendly and did a fantastic job… Thank you!

The service was really slow, we got our food after about 15 minutes. our order was small. we ordered potato oles and the 4 steak quesadillas. When we finally did get our food, the potatoes were unseasoned, and my quesadillas had very little steak and cheese, mostly sauce.

I messed up my own order because the app confuses me so bad (not the employees fault, but the company) I asked for it be fixed when I got there and the workers were very nice and just reminded me to look over the app. I have terrible anxiety and I knew they didn’t have to fix my order for me and didn’t expect them too but was very nice and considerate. My food was good and warm and I have never had issues at this taco John’s. Will continue to have my business anytime I have a taco craving! thank you for your kind service even in unfortunate circumstances I know it can be annoying but so appreciated.
