I went through the drive up window on 8-5-23 at app noon, unfortunately the person who took my orders name escapes me. However, she was exceptionally upbeat, polite and friendly. This really impressed me.

Did an order pickup. Said it would be Ready at 12:19 got there at 12:25 order isn’t ready. Waited till 12:40 orders ready except for drinks. They make me get the drinks. There were 2 other people in the restaurant at the time so being busy wasnt an excuse. Get home missing part of the order and what I do have is cold. Churro is stale and burrito is hard. Never again. Not worth even $10 and I paid $30. Insane. Call to get refunded for the part of the order I don’t have. They say I have to come back in to get a coupon for the part of the order I didn’t recieve… don’t go here unless you want to be stolen from.

First time here. Great first impression. Food was good and fresh. Combo meals are fair with good sized drinks and sides for a small. They carry Pepsi products, and lemonade and root beer.

The lady who took our order was very nice, so we can’t in good conscience leave a one-star review, which is what the food quality and the lack of cleanliness truly deserves. The food was stale and unseasoned, except for the olé potatoes which my husband threw away because he said they had “enough salt to kill an elephant” . The refried beans were hard and crusty (and obviously not fresh). They were out of hot taco sauce, which made the tacos taste even worse . It was obvious that they do not clean their tables or their chairs (or the floor), making it nearly impossible to find a place to sit and eat. But worst of all: there was no soap, no hand sanitizer, and no toilet paper in the men’s room. Please either get this nice lady some much-needed help or close this embarrassment to Taco John’s.

I’ve ordered super potatoes ole for years. They’ve always been real good, but the last 2 times I got them, they were so salty, I couldn’t eat them all. It was on the potato oles and not the other items.
