Every time I go to Ikea, My 5 years old wants to eat at the restaurant. Today 1/19/26, we went and I didn’t know that children eat for free if you order an adult meal and use your Ikea family card. The cashier ID: 10079582 who attended me was very rude in her manner; I give her my family member card, as always do, and I thought she had scanned it, but she didn’t. I ended up paying for both my meal and my son’s.
people like that shouldn’t be working in customer service because they damage the business’s reputation.

while not technically the first IKEA cafe I’ve had the pleasure of visiting, it is the first official stop on the IKEEP Eating at all the IKEAs Until There Are None Left Tour. food was excellent (12 meatball meal with green beans as the daily veg), as usual, and the outdoor dining option was a pleasant surprise! the lingonberry was a jelly instead of the jam that I’m used to (I missed them chunks) but the flavor was true. 4.5 rounded up to * 5 stars *

Delicious food, super kind staff, and clean tables! The vegetarian meatballs were delicious! Gennadiy, the staff member serving us at the hot food section, took a great deal of time to explain the different options of foods they had, which was greatly appreciated! The person who checked us out at the checkout counter (on 08/14 ) was also super kind. I can’t wait to try more of the offerings from this calm, quiet, friendly food location!

In all my trips to Ikea; I never ate here.
We were hungry, I decided to check it out! Perhaps it could be that I haven’t had a real meal in a long time! I really enjoyed the swedish meatballs and mashed potatoes.
They have a cute restaurant. Lots of healthy options. Food was warm and very fresh. Very clean inside. I’ll be back again soon.

We love eating at this restaurant. Sure, it’s inside of Ikea, but the food is good & the staff is friendly.

NOTE: The restaurant is currently closed while it gets remodeled.

Try the little snack bar by the exit for sweets, drinks and give the ‘veggie’ dog a try. We did and enjoyed it.

The food was “ok”
Plenty of seating. If one isn’t familiar with Ikea restaurants, it may be confusing at first visit. Grab a tray, get in line, tell the person at the buffet what you want. They give you your plate and then you head to the registers to pay. Dinner averages 8.00 per person. Drinks are extra. Kids meals available. We spent about 60.00 for a family of seven ( 2 kids meals) The food was just average. Lukewarm. Swedish meatballs were pretty good. The veggies leave much to be desired though.
