This location use to be good but with all the constant new employees the portion size is little to none. They are privately owned so there isn’t as much portion checking as there should be. My burrito only had one piece of crunchy chicken. Too expensive to be giving less than what the portion calls for. Disappointed.

I stopped in a few weeks ago. I was the only person standing inside and they only had two cars in the drive-thru. I stood there for an extremely long time just waiting for anyone to even acknowledge me. There were at least four people in their tiny kitchen right there and some of them would look up at me but not one person even said hello or will be right with you. They literally just kept ignoring me. I just left. I decided to try them again today and they also weren’t busy at this time. One of the burritos I ordered the, chicken bacon ranch, I got home and they gave me a meat and potato burrito. They’re not even busy And that’s not even close to what I ordered. I called and let them know I can’t pick it up tonight and they said that they will write my name on a whiteboard but at the end of every month they erase everything so I only have until the end of September to get it. I have 11 days to get it. I asked why they can’t just use a paper list in a binder like a lot of other places use to keep track of it and got told that they can’t keep track of everything. That is completely ridiculous. I will not be coming back to this place.

Great fast food texmex, the tacos never fail to satisfy. And of course shutout to the potato olés because they are probably the best part of the meal (especially dipped in nacho cheese). But the service is friendly and food comes out quickly while being made to order.

I just drove through taco John’s and wasn’t satisfied with my experience today, though cashier clothes were very filthy and that was a turn off. Also, the cheese had some spots in it that I couldn’t recognize what it was. Also, the tater tot were way too salty..

My Son & Daughter-In-Law live near this particular Taco John’s. Every time the Wife and I visit them, I offer to buy. I have never had a bad experience here. Food delicious and hot, restaurants always clean, service is fast, staff always friendly. Five stars all around!
