Tried the Hiawatha location again, I was wrong. Last couple times I’ve been there the drive up workers have been rude, don’t listen and overall sloppy. Today I stopped for lunch, had to repeat my order 3 times and it was still wrong. $29 spent for 2 combo meals. Oles were way over cooked and the food was not hot at all. I get home and find my food not made the way I’d asked, not a veggie person and it had more lettuce on it than meat. This location as disappointed 3 times now. I keep hoping they get it corrected but nope. I won’t be back.

The cashier that took my order and payment had on clothes that were very dirty with food spill all over his pants. I ordered 3 hard shell tacos with sour cream, potato ole’s and a side of cheese sauce. The potato oles were and honestly are ALWAYS too salty. The cheese sauce had a lot of dark spots in it that I couldn’t recognize so I didn’t eat it. I usually have a nice experience but not today. Also, it’s not a good look for a food business when the workers clothes and hygiene isn’t appealing.

Just ordered a six pack and a pound. $20. The potato Oles were on the edge of burnt and dripping with grease. All 6 tacos were cold and tasted like it was yesterday’s left overs. We have purchased food from this store many times in the past but after today’s experience we will not return.

Got handed a breakfast burrito that wasn’t warm and was drenched in salsa. I shouldn’t have eaten any, but I thought the salsa was what was cooling it down. When I bit into the meat, it wasn’t warm. Concerned I may have food poisoning because of consumption of products not kept at the proper temperature.

I don’t know if you can see but this taco John’s was very light on the meat tonight. My husband usually can’t finish a super potato olay but after this, he’s not full and not happy. There seemed to be alot of kids working that I can tell. Off having side conversations and such. Not paying us much attention. I dont know if my husband will come back here. He’s pretty annoyed with the service. Seemed like everything we ordered was half the size of what we usually would get. Had we known, we would have ordered accordingly. Taco John’s is a little more expensive than other fast food drive throughs. So if its going to be like that, well it just isn’t worth it. Sorry Taco John, your employees messed it up tonight.

Went here last night. Let’s just say I am disgusted! The women’s bathroom sink is not working and an employee came out of the bathroom, did not go to another sink and wash her hands, and went straight to making food.
Nobody should be subjected to pee hands or worse. Will not be returning.

Great staff I love Taco John’s my only question though here is the container for the super potato Ole is much much smaller and it looks like the portion is much much smaller
If this is the new portions for the super potato Ole I’m done I love Taco John’s I’ve love them for nearly 20 years but seriously if this is what I’m getting for the price that I’m paying I’m just done there’s a new Mexican place in your old location near lindale Mall that has much larger portions and I’ll start going there

20 minutes for fast food… I might as well go to a sit-down restaurant. Same price and they actually bring it out to you. I don’t have to stand in a line and then have my food all mixed up with other peoples. Gave my food to somebody else then realized it came back after the other guest had handled the food then gave it to me. Gross. I don’t know what they did to it. I don’t even think that’s sanitary is it?
