So I Ordered on the app with prefilled info that I’ve used before. And the app said it was delivered but wasn’t there. I Called the store they say they magically got the wrong address. Weirdly just one number off from mine. So I go check my info to make sure it was correct and it was. Probably just wanted some free food this is for my wasted night off and lying like a jack wagon

I ordered a large pizza and when I got it home, it was baked with a big bubble almost the entire circumference of the pizza. What minute amount of the 3 toppings their were, was baked into the very center of the pizza and it was mushy.
Worst pizza ever.
I won’t order from that location or possibly any Domino’s location again.

We ordered two pizzas during their 9.98 special and when they were delivered, one was wrong they let us keep the pizza And said they would bring the correct one and surprisingly enough they did. My parents were starving so they ate the incorrect pizza and said it was delicious and then tried the one that they had ordered again and said it was great.. I appreciate that they corrected their mistake and the food was very good

I really do love Dominoes food as a brand and that is the only reason I’ve given this location so many chances. Every single time I order here they mess my order up. I’m not sure if perhaps management is to blame for the cycling of workers, but if a customer has been waiting 30 minutes in front you for food she ordered an hr ago, perhaps leadership should learn to focus on their job at hand instead of rambling on to their coworkers about non work related things. It’s frustrating and I’ve tried to have empathy because we’re all human but I think I’ve reached my level of disappointment and am ready to accept that service here will suck and that will never change.

Worst Domino’s I’ve ever been to. Half the time you dont get all of your order the other half it wont arrive til an hour later cold and stale. I’ve given this establishment too many chances. I wont be giving anymore. Absolutely ridiculous. There’s a new place in Blountville call Luigis. Ill be ordering there from now on. They deliver.
