Went to restaurant at 7:45, Google said opened at 7. We completely understand that Google can be wrong on times sometimes. Pulled up to the drive thru menu employee that came on was extremely rude. Told us that they didn’t open until 8 in a very short manner. Again, we did not mind that they were closed still and the listing was wrong. We apologized and immediately left. Please just be cordial, you don’t know what people are going through, and we did not mean to disrupt opening. I appreciate your service.

I went into the Taco John’s on East Broadway yesterday. My husband ordered a burrito and a soda. I ordered a #11 Jalapeños Ranch combo. The man behind the counter was rude and rang in my order wrong. I ended up with the cilantro lime #11. It was not my favorite, but that wasn’t the worst part. The taco had hair in it. I checked the receipt and saw he rang it wrong and noticed the cashiers’ name was Julie B. Unless Julie is a man, they are using each other’s cash drawers and not wearing name tags. So I can’t pinpoint which dark-haired guy took our order. I threw my food away as no employees were available to help. Bad service, bad food. The remodel took out their condiment bar, and every chair in the lobby is plastic like a cheap patio chair. Wobbly. My husband put this place on our bad spot- boycott list. Avoid it! The picture is of the second taco. It did not have hair in it.

I’ve never had a terrible experience here until now. I almost always get the stake tri street taco combo. First thing that was upsetting was there was no limes. Second two out of my three tacos had little and I mean little amount of meat. Third and MOST concerning was the moldy tomato I got….. I hope I don’t get sick from the 1 and 1/3 I ate. The potato’s were also extra salty but I’m sure that’s because I probably got the end of the batch it happens.

The flour tortillas were hard. The taco burger barely had any meat on it. The street tacos were supposed to have the sauce on the side. It wasn’t. And the attached photo is what we got instead of nacho cheese
