We went before a ball game. Food has improved immensely with a great burger. Tried the Cooper’s Steakburger and came away high satisfied. Great spot by the water. And our server was really good. He was very helpful and far better than service in the past.

The food and the bartending staff were lovely. The band was amazing. However, we paid $20 per seat so that we could see the band play from eight until 10 as advertised. They went on 10 minutes late and they stopped at quarter after nine . they went back on after a one hour break but we were already out the door. We asked for our money back because the band did not play for two hours As advertised and what we paid for. The management said all we said was that the band was going to be here for two hours, but we did not specify that they were going to actually play. Don’t waste your money. There is nobody there. And the management totally sucks!

Always a good time here. I’ve only attended “band events” here so can’t speak to the regular restaurant experience. Band events are always fun, especially if it’s not too crowded. We always get the “gold” seating which includes the buffet—sometimes the food is really good, sometimes not that great, but edible. If it’s a crowded event, the buffet line can take FOREVER! Drinks are good and reasonably priced, but waitress service (for drinks) can sometimes be slow. Also, what’s up with the beer buckets that are cans? Usually it’s always bottles.

Went there for dinner before a show on a Friday night at 6pm. Place was empty except for some happy hour folks at the bar. The server was attentive. The food was horrible. Actually mostly inedible. I ordered the fried chicken the skin tasted fishy like the oil in the fryer hadn’t been changed for months. The mashed potatoes were good but ice cold. My daughter had the chicken nuggets and it was clear they came out of a freezer bag, was on the adult menu but looked like a kiddie meal the french fries were good. Would not go here again.

Disappointing Brunch Experience
We went to Cooper Riverview for brunch today and made a reservation, which turned out to be unnecessary since there were very few tables occupied.
The area where we were seated was dirty and honestly felt more like sitting in an unkempt shed or garage than a restaurant. The overall cleanliness was concerning, including visibly dirty ceilings and windows, the chairs wicker weave is coming undone on almost all the chairs.
When we went up to the buffet, it was even more disappointing. The food looked like a hotel continental breakfast items appeared to have been sitting out for a long time, the eggs looked powdered rather than fresh (or maybe they were fresh and left out so long they looked powdered, who’s to tell)
Between the atmosphere and the unappetizing buffet, we chose to leave without eating. We were really hoping for a nice brunch outing, but this experience missed the mark completely.

Cooper’s Riverview is a great place to see a show. it’s a great venue it has a lot of space and the chicken quesadillas are really good. I would recommend this place to anyone who is asking
