Posted a picture of the food I was given today, person behind counter said their grill is cleaned nightly, well my grilled burrito I got this morning was covered in enough burned old food from previous food pressed on the grill its almost impossible who ever made it didn’t see it and thought it wasn’t a big deal, I will never order food from there again. This kinda stuff can get people sick. Also was told I can’t get a refund because I made and online order, the person behind the counter had zero empathy for the situation either. And I was very calm given the problem.

The grilled tacos I bought were hardly grilled. The shredded cheese wasn’t even melted and the rest of the ingredients were lukewarm. Really? For 10 dollars I expect more.

Lady that took my order was extremely nice and helpful, the lady that made my order made my entire order without putting on gloves. Touched everything bare hands while wiping off on her pants. Extremely rude, when I asked to speak to a manager first I was told there wasn’t one there, then the lady that made my order(without gloves) said she was the manager at that time and that she would remake my order. I declined and asked for a refund and didn’t want the food. She proceeded to make other orders for a few minutes then gave me my refund.will never come back to this location

Went through drive-through. No napkins, no taco sauce, and worst of all, they forgot my cheese sauce. No problem remembering to take my money. And since I’m pitching, why do they wrap the receipt around my card and then immediately try to hand me my drink like I didn’t need to put my card back in my wallet?
