I ordered the boss burrito with extra steak, and other things that I gladly paid for. But did not get anything close to what I ordered so I called the store and off the bat the manager wanted to be combative, as if anyone has the time for that – payed 20$ for that burrito and it came the size of half of my hand, and missing most of the items. I don’t even want a refund but I will never waste my money on that trashy establishment – and the manager needs to learn what customer service is all about –

Yikes! I have been going to Taco John’s for many years. I’m going to have to stop. On my last two visits the potato oles weren’t edible. The salt seasoning on them was so intense they couldn’t be eaten. I called the store to express my disappointment and the manager said “Well I really like that much seasoning.” “No one else has complained.” Hmmm, well now you have your first complaint! Seriously avoid the potato oles!

Came thru the drive through wanting a 12 pack… lady said they didn’t sell them which is fine but you can still sell me 12 tacos. Acted like she couldn’t so we settled on 6 pack with the pound of potatoes. Bought the cheese and the 3 oz portion cup was filled with mayve an ounce. Drove all the way home just to be disappointed. The tacos taste like paper and really didn’t have any meat hardly. We simply will not be back. If I pay extra for cheese and your prices are already high, do honest business and fill up my damn cheese cup so I have some for this pound of potatoes you sold me. Shame these companies can’t even do honest business and will try to save a few pennies by shortchanging the customer on product. Don’t worry, it didn’t go unnoticed. Like I said, we simply will not be back. I see why your Google rating is what it is.

They had large puddles of water on the floors in the dining area and back by the work stations. No one was even attempting to clean up the water they were just standing around. Had an adult costumer come in barefoot no shoes or anything walking all around the dining area.

We stopped in at this taco johns on the way through town and met the nicest Man his name is Mario Johnson and he was so helpful .The food was amazing and the service he provided was unforgettable.i really applaud Taco Johns this man is a true asset to the company and he deserves to be acknowledged.in this day and time you hardly find people who stand out as going out of their way to help you .
