Food is usually pretty good when they actually get you the right order, but for the last few months this place has practically stolen money from me and not gave a single care in the world. First time I ended up paying for the order I asked for and the one with completely different items from what I asked for cause the staff was too lazy to correct their arrogance. I figured this place has always served well, so I’ll pay up and let it slide that time. As of today, I ordered two #9’s, two sweet teas, two Mexican donut bites, and their new potato burrito thing (can’t remember what the name was). Got everything right except didn’t give me the new potato burrito and when I called back, but they just asked for my name and number so the manager could call back. I know how the inside of those places work, that tactic is just to ignore the problem even further. They claim their “system is having problems and they can’t see the whole order sometimes”. Bull. If it was on my receipt and repeated to me at the window, it should have been in the bag. In fact, I know it’s against most fast food’s rules to not check bags before giving it to the customer, so if the owner ends up reading this, here’s your proof. They clearly are not checking the bags. That place needs new employees or something cause 6 months ago this issue never happened and it was always handled properly if it rarely ever did. These new girls are just complete morons. Extremely disappointing that my favorite fast food has become an establishment of arrogance, ignorance, and the most undesirable place to eat now.

Came through the drive thru at 8:13pm 6/16/23. I ordered a fried chicken and potato burrito and there were no potatoes in the burrito (not the first time they’ve been left out) and I also ordered a chicken snack quesadilla and got an “NCC Chk Burr” instead as it shows on the receipt which only got one bite taken out of because I was disgusting. Churro was cold and hard. Large order of potatoes that was ordered in a meal was over-seasoned. And we also asked for extra chipotle lime sauce on the fried chicken tacos and got extra lettuce instead. Probably the worst experience I’ve had so far. SMH. Save your money, time, and appetite.

It’s crazy how at first this place was popping, now they can’t even get one order right. Teenage kids with bad attitudes work here that don’t like their jobs. Hire some adults that are friendly and know how to take orders, read the orders, and make the orders hot and correct. Then maybe u won’t close down this time. I stopped going to this place because of my food constantly being wrong and I pay good money for my orders. Very disappointed in this place. So much for my post being shared on Facebook to open Taco John’s again. You should be embarrassed by the workers running your place.

Place sucks. Every time I go they never give me napkins or any utensils to eat my food. EVERY TIME I ask. EVERY TIME they done. The food is cold half the time anyway. Do not recommend wasting your money here.

So I go and get food yk it’s a food place food is going to be served properly and well not only well but warm for that matter. I order my food she repeats my order the exact same way I ordered it and I pull up thinking my food is gonna be right and if not right in the bag but at least on the ticket? Yea no. I get home and open my bag to 3 empty Danky tacos that I didn’t even order because I ordered 2 number 9 tacos and it wasn’t even right on the ticket so I call them then they tell me to come back, so I go thinking they will fix my order? No wrong again I pull up the girl admits she did it wrong and the manager with the blonde hair that looks like a literal teenager goes just because they said it was wrong doesn’t mean that I have any proof because your receipt was wrong so you’re gonna have to keep the tacos and pay for the other 2 tacos you ordered in the first place. What a literal joke.
