Got 2 tacos and a Chicken Griller. The tacos were good and enjoyable but not amazing. Solid food. But the griller had honey mustard in it which turned it into a DELICIOUS item! Highly recommend checking this place out.

The customer service here was amazing. We stopped during a snow storm on our ride home to St Louis. The staff here were so helpful and friendly. I had never been to a Taco John’s before and they helped me explore the menu and explained everything to us. Dede and Zakira were the best!! If I lived closer I would come all the time. Our food was hot and fresh and amazing. Jodie was taking care of everything in the kitchen and knocked it out of the park. I was blown away by the service and food here.

They were working on our order as we were ordering. They told me that there was not an upcharge to substitute potato cakes with tortilla chips. Before I paid for the order, I saw the order on the screen, there was a $3 upcharge for the tortilla chips. I told them that they told me that there was no upcharge for the chips. I then told them that I don’t want the chips. They told me that I couldn’t change my order because they already prepared my order. I hadn’t even paid for my order yet. I contacted customer service and they said well at least you received your food quickly. Also, the food was blah. We used to love the one in Benton Harbor, Michigan and would go there often. You lost a faithful customer.
