Most of the times they do not have the veggie patty. So if you are going there for veggie patty, dont even bother going.
We noticed they using the same gloves and cutlery for non-veg and veg. It might not matter for people for people who do not like mixing veg and non veg, its not a good feeling.

I have ordered a sub from this location. The sub was an all American.
The sandwich was absolutely disgusting actually made me sick and I spent half the night in the bathroom. Guessing the meat was spoiled

I usually order from this place at least 3 times a week and have always been happy — until today. The pizza I received was dripping with grease, soaked through the box, and looked nothing like what I normally get. It was messy, overly cheesy, and honestly looked gross.

I went in to ask about it and spoke to the woman working today (wearing glasses). She was rude and dismissive, telling me “that’s how I make it,” with no apology or concern. As a regular customer, this was really disappointing.

Quality and service like this make me question coming back.

I ordered a sandwich online and when I went to get it in the store they said that I’d didn’t go through it was an online issue, so when I went to pull up the app they were correct it wasn’t working I couldn’t access the order, but I had clearly been charged for the sandwich so I pulled up proof to show that I had not only been charged for the sandwich but that they were holding double the amount in my card in an additional authorization, and they said they believed me but there was nothing that they could do about it except wait for it to go through or I could tell them the order and they would make the sandwich. Halfway through making the sandwich another 2 people came in with the same issue and they stopped making the sandwich and said that I would need to pay for it because it was clearly and issue with their online system. They said they were sorry but there was nothing to be done and that their “big boss man” had said that the charges would be refunded and back onto the card later that day. I even asked what I was supposed to do if that wasn’t the case since I didn’t have a receipt or a sandwich to show for my purchase and they said to come back the next day and they would make sure the money was refunded. Flash forward to the next day and the charges are still there: I called the store and whoever answered was super rude and when I explained the issue she told me to “dispute it with my bank.” So apparently I am responsible for correcting Subway’s mistake.

Do NOT ever DoorDash from the SubWay
They’ve forgotten our sodas twice and sent the wrong order twice. Initially I couldn’t fault SubWay for a DoorDasher forgetting and/or bringing the wrong order but I realized after the 4th issue that it’s the same DoorDasher who works/contracts for that SubWay possibly. We have 2 teenagers and all their friends and over the course of 2 months spent $600+ just at this particular SubWay…their loss. $300/mo revenue for 1 family is kinda a big deal because I’m sure more will refrain from patronizing this SubWay after reading this review…not my problem. We pay for a service + 20-30% tip and expect to receive what we pay for, period. After the 4th time of not receiving items it’s nothing shy of theft.

Whoever the girl working there with a short brown hair, she’s kind of a little bigger girl, but with glasses she is a rude grumpy lady. The other girls hair was super nice but this one girl man she needs to go or get a different job or something. She sucks.

I visited your store on July 5th at 3:00 and the gal working there was extremely rude. No greeting, no smile and no patients. I was ordering for my coworkers as we work in that area. The subway closest to us is not open right now so this is the next closest one. We order out often but I will not be returning to this location. I work in customer service and am appalled by her behavior. I have never received this kind of customer service at a Subway before. She is definitely unhappy with her job.
I have never wrote a poor review before but felt this one needed to be done.
