Taco Fuego is hands down one of my favorite taco trucks. Their birria tacos are the best!! On top of the great food, the staff is always so nice and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. Every time I go the service is quick and welcoming. If you are craving birria tacos, this place is definitely worth checking out. (They are halal as well)

Found this place on the way out of H town. We were craving tacos. Would’ve gave them 5 stars but they seemed to rush the mini tacos as they forgot the cilantro but overall the taco was okay. Now the Birria is the star of the show. I’ve never had a consume and taco have so much flavor that it was so juicy and tasty when biting into it. Best consume I’ve ever had tbh. 10/10 birria tacos. Can’t wait to try the ramen some day. (We spent about $23 for the 3 taco combo birria plate and 3 mini tacos by themselves. Worth the price for sure.

I ordered some delicious food from this food truck. The menu was easy to read and ordering was smooth. Everything was packaged nicely and was still hot when I got home which is about 15 minutes away. The crusted burrito was my favorite of all the things I ordered. I chose fajita meat with it, but you can select the protein of your choice. I was worried that the Fuego fries would be soggy but it was not and tasted great with all the sauces. Shout out to Mike who helped with my order and provided great service!

Really disappointed with my experience this time at Taco Fuego! We love the Birria ramen and birria tacos but this time they just did not have the taste or quality they used to!
The ramen was completely dry – just a tiny bit of soup at the bottom. And lacking the spice that it used to have. You couldn’t have it like a soup, more like stir fried ramen.
The birria tacos were incredibly salty and mushy. Didn’t look like the tortillas were really warmed up/cripsed like usual.
Steak tacos were ok. I don’t remember the steak being such huge pieces but maybe they were that way previously too.
Asked for extra red and green sauce, was told they put a ton in the box. For 6 tacos and 2 birria ramen, they gave 1 green and 1 red……
Overall super disappointing experience. Don’t know if I’ll be going back.

Always so clean, friendly, quick and fresh. Even left overs taste just as good. This place should have more traction than it actually has. Only complaint it I’ve was out on the machine. It’s about 15-20$ a person. Will come again
