Spent $36 on food that definitely wasn’t worth it. The shells were stale, barely any cheese on anything and the soft tacos I paid for extra cheese to be on them. Just overall wasn’t worth it and I was disappointed. *Edit to add this was the East Main St location.

Haven’t been to a Taco Bell in over a year. Today reminded me why. Although they were super fast at the drive thru, they got my order completely wrong. So for $10.85 i got 3 soft tacos & a drink. I ordered the #9, a Mexican pizza & 2 soft tacos, all I really wanted was the pizza, but thought I would get the tacos for dinner. Tried to call 2x’s no one would answer and it hung up after 5 rings. I do not have time to go back in til this evening. REALLY DISAPPOINTED

Just went through there and after every item I would order the worker had to ask me “is that it” after getting home I found my sons supreme box was missing the chalupa, we were missing the cheese wrap, AND the Carmel apple twists. If you’re going to ask me 500 times if that’s all at least listen to what I am ordering. The food also tasted like it was made yesterday or early this morning. The hard taco was also very soggy and all of the food was cold. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered through DoorDash and got everything I ordered. Food was great. They weren’t skimpy on the ingredients like most of the other Taco Bells. The only complaint I have are the prices. They’re outrageous compared to 2 or 3 years ago. I understand inflation, but this is ridiculous. It was worth it to me because I was really craving Taco Bell, but won’t go there like I’d like to because of the prices.

When to pick my OWN order from Grubhub today at around 9:10am. The girl who’s working today pretended to not see my order. Could say a lot of stuff why I felt offended but I can just say this location is racist. Like am I delivery driver??? No. So what’s the deal with saying “next time go to the counter” with an attitude that’s not even necessary and too early in the morning to deal with such bratty behavior from a teen. Like I get it, app orders should go inside, but the way you talk to customers is still unacceptable and racist. Do better.

Btw very light on the portions. I have never seen such a small Crunchwrap

Savannah at the speaker and drive thru was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT!!!! i came to this location quite annoyed that the taco bell in green had closed an hour before their posted hours. even though they were out of a few things for the night, she was upfront on what they were out of, and willing to help me make substitutions to make sure i got as close to what i wanted. Savannah deserves a raise. and probably a Nobel Peace Prize.

Placed a mobile order. I got there and the drive through line was long so went inside to save time. No line inside, but nobody wanted to help me either. After waiting until everyone from the drive thru was taken care of, they decided to help me. Got my order which was missing 3 items, so I went back inside. Three employees just standing there, including the manager and never asked me if I needed help. I had to yell and ask if anyone was going to help me. Finally, the manager came over and took care of what I needed. I’ve never seen such incompetence in my life. Will never go here again.

Update: the GM called and we were right, they shouldn’t have tried to charge us twice and given us the sour cream. He offered to make it right and I told how he makes it right is by not ruining someone else’s evening and addressing the issue, which he promised to do. Plus 1 star.

Taco Bell takes a new low. Besides being slow, getting your order wrong, nearly every time I might add. Now they want you to pay for sour cream twice if you order a menu item, that comes with sour cream, with the additional cost built in and unavoidable, if you ask for it on the side. I hope this is just this location being stupid like this. Reduce the cost of the food for people who don’t want sour cream, and I’ll gladly pay for the addition. Charge me the same anyway, regardless, and then deny me the thing I’ve already paid for unless I pay again EAD Taco Bell.
