Our favorite fish spot was closed but we had the cravings and decided to give this place a try and my gosh…. The Baja tacos were nice but the Pulpo Braseado? Incredible! All that’s missing is for them to do a combo for the Pulpo tacos cause they are individually priced :/

They easily could get 5 stars, but I like to feel that the staff is happy I’m a customer and happy I’m giving them my business not that’s not how I was greeted. The octopus tacos were delicious, and so was the fish taco, the Tortillas do.taste fresh, and tacos have good portions that match the really good prices. The ceviche was good and tasted fresh, and the tostada was filled. Great food but service can improve. Food is greatly recommended.

I love seafood, so I decided to check this place out! You must try; you will not be disappointed! The food makes you feel like you’re at beachside resort in México as their “CON SABOR A CANCÚN” promises.
Here, almost all menu items are sold individually (i.e.one taco). I like the concept. That way, I can try everything and not be committed to a big order.
To start, I tried the TACOS BAJA: one with shrimp, and the other with fish as per the recommendation of the restaurant staff. They were so delicious! Each taco has a distinct flavor.
As a quesadilla lover, I knew had to try the PESCADILLAS. Three fried quesadillas stuffed with fish in tomato sauce. The presentation is really fun: the food rests on a plate of an open-mouthed shark . Luckily, the flavor is not at all jeopardized by the flashy presentation. The pesacadillas are so good!
Give the tostadas a try! I had the TOSTADA DE ATÚN (tuna). It is by far my most favorite dish at this restaurant! If you love tuna as much as I do, you will become addicted to this tostada!
I was disappointed the micheladas were limited to only one flavor: the mango Michelada. It is fantastic, but I would have liked more flavor variety.
I don’t recommend you go during your lunch hour (or if you’re in a rush) because they do take a bit to prepare your meal. It is definitely worth the wait, though!

I wasn’t a big fan of the tacos since the tortillas are literally just microwaved, but the fish itself is pretty good. The ceviche was pretty average, but I did like the salsas that were available. The customer service was great though! It was $7.99 for the tacos and a drink and the ceviche was $10.99 I believe. Disclaimer: this restaurant gives a 15% discount if you post a review, I did not take this discount, but I did want to let yall know bc I see a lot of positive reviews and my experience was not as positive.

In my opinion best seafood in the valley pulpo braseado straight up , I tried the aguachile divorciado plate with Tostitos green and purple ,love it my wife got the same thing with avocado and a michelada , the baja tacos is a must try. Can wait to be back

My wife and I moved from Southern California to the RGV last year. I miss California but I don’t miss the high cost of living.
The RGV, in my opinion, is a hidden gem. The people I have met in the RGV are awesome. So kind hearted. Very warm hearted and laid back people.
My wife and I had a taste for some fish tacos. We haven’t had fish tacos since we left California.
This place is definitely a great place to eat. A cozy, quiet atmosphere with great food. The portions are huge and the price is reasonable.
This is definitely our new go to spot. If you want a great fish or shrimp taco you need to go to Taco Fish.

Such an underrated spot with some of the best fish tacos. Highly recommend the Baja fish and Baja shrimp tacos. The ceviche mix and atun tostadas are amazing. The pulpo braseado was also so delicious. We always have such a great time here. Our food arrives quick and prices are very reasonable.

I definitely recommend this place! I’ve tried to eat here at least once a month since my partner first discovered this hidden gem at the beginning of last year. I love their shrimp cocktail and it’s true Mexican style and flavor. Their camaroncillas are a MUST, crunchy on the outside and full of flavor inside. And my favorite (thus not pictured since I couldn’t help myself from eating it as soon as it touched our table) the tostada de atún. Give this place a chance and thank me later ☺️

All in all, this is quite a place to visit! Prices are reasonable for it being seafood, but boy oh boy, the Pulpo Braseado was just amazing!!!!
