I’ve visited three different Taco Express locations, and this one is by far the best! The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is delicious, and the place is clean. Although I prefer dining in, this place seems to be busy with drive thru & takeout orders. My favorites from taco express include the steak breakfast burrito, chorizo burrito, crunch taco, and quesabirria. I especially loved the quesabirria and consume here! The consume was thick, flavorful, and not runny or overly salty, which was a pleasant surprise. I also really enjoyed their spicy red salsa, it adds just the right kick! The lady at the counter and the other man worker were both super friendly, making the experience even better. I’m so glad I decided to try this location, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

1st time trying out this Chain, and why not? Since it’s Taco Tuesday! Well there’s 3 options for the $1 Tacos, they are all fried, we ordered the shredded beef ones and the ground beef. Both looks exactly the same in the box. All tacos comes with meat and shredded lettuce. It’s a $1.50 if you ask for Salsa. We also ordered the Asada fries, and 2 orders of churros. Here are the Cons… The tacos were dry and flavorless. The ground beef ones were a little bit better but not much. Even adding the salsa on didn’t taste any better but can’t really complain because they were $1 each. The Asada fries, I ordered a half size but were charged a full order. This was the best dish, the churros were no where to be found. It was difficult to order at the drive thru as the speaker was awful and the order taker seems to have a really hard time understanding the order which explains why the order was messed up and Churros were missing. Definitely was not a good first experience.

Feels like going back to Mexico. The only downside is the ramen. Apparently, they used the 50 cents worth instant noodles into their Birria Ramen. And it is never a good idea to put hot food in plastic containers.

OMG is this place DELICIOUS! The food was fast. The service was wonderful but boy was it delicious! $6 for rolled tacos every Saturday (they are marvelous). My fiance got these tacos (amazing). Not to mention the kids meals prices!!! I’m astonished that you can get a kids meal for under $6 in this economy. Plus $1 tacos on Tuesdays? Amazing. Wonderful. Go eat there. I can’t wait to go back.

The carne asada fries and breakfast burritos are so good. I also door dashed a carne asada burrito and it was pretty big and tasted good not the best I had but will do justice. I can only speak to those things on the menu. Their red sauce is also really good. This place is solid.

The tacos (street and crunchy) are great and would say the shredded beef, pastor or carnitas are a cut above the ground beef or chicken. My favorite menu item is the carne asada fries, but all the burritos are good too. Haven’t had anything bad in there and eaten maybe half the items on the menu…better than most restaurants at fastfood prices. If nothing else, try a taco and churro. Some TE locations have better salsa bars than other…love the avocado salsa they put out at the East bidwell shop.

The taco Tuesday is not worth it. Even before they raised the price…there is
MAYBE 1.5 Tablespoons of questionanle unseasoned dark meat chicken .A pile of shredded lettuce and a greasy deap fried shell..That’s it.!! My friend even brings her own cheese and sour cream. .I saw nothing else to make it a taco..
So I turned it into a ” taco salad” –i throw out the shell– (which I’d asked them not to include) and added the “FREE” salsa bar to give it SOME flavor. Next thing I know I’m being embarrassed by an employee scolding me for taking too much salsa.!! Not a problem—I won’t be taking ANY salsa.

Ordered a Super burrito which should have Guacamole and Sour Cream. Asked for no bean and no cheese only. They didn’t put Guacamole and Sour Cream. Really? How can you miss two main ingredients? I even gave tip. Please pay attention to the order and include all the ingredients. Food is good but if you avoid adding essentials you would lose the customers.
