Edit: The taqueria that exists here is called Taco Dudes and Caribbean. It comes up if you search it, with lots more pics and reviews. For whatever reason, it doesn’t show when you’re just looking at the area in Maps.

I was surprised that this place has such little reviews. The shrimp tacos here are literally the best I’ve ever had anywhere. It is so good. As a matter of fact, they’re fish tacos and their shrimp tacos are amazing, hands down and all I’ve ever gotten. Most importantly, the owners are so kind (something that I feel is really lacking these days. My order was taking a bit of time due to the people in front of me and the owners hooked me up with a free horchata also super delicious!. It’s a shame that the location makes it so easy to miss, but I hope more people come and I’ll definitely add pictures of my favorite tacos next time I go.

The Muilta tostada shells were stale, meat was oily as if it was leftover from previous day and the only way to save was to recook it in oil. The fajita burrito was good but the flour tortilla was undercooked, as only one side was heated. The To-go boxes was simply a plate and aluminum foil, no plastic bag to transport the meal. We had to request a bag. I can find a better eating experience elsewhere. The price does not match the food quality nor the service.

“Taco Dudes & Caribbean in Renton is a hidden gem for taco lovers! Their Taco Tuesday deal is awesome—$10 for 5 street tacos, and it’s seriously filling. I went all-in on chorizo for one order and chicken for the other (they don’t let you mix flavors in a single 5-pack, which was a small bummer), but both were perfectly well-seasoned with great flavor that really hit the spot. The chorizo had that nice smoky kick, and the chicken was juicy and tender. Solid portions, fresh ingredients, and the Mexican-Caribbean vibe makes it stand out. Definitely coming back for more Taco Tuesdays! Highly recommend if you’re in the area.”
