Amazing tacos!! We were looking for some good vegan protein tacos and the soy chorizo here was epic. They have great toppings and salsas to go with it and you got yourselves a seriously good meal. My new favorite taco stop in Eastside Seattle.

Taco Del Mar in Kirkland totally hits the spot! The staff are always super friendly and patient while I made my choices. You build your burrito from the choice of tortilla, all the way to the salsa – choices at every step.
I always have the Mondo burrito, and it is a massive in the best was – stuffed full of rice, beans, whatever meat I’m in the mood for that day.
Everything is always flavorful without being overly salty or greasy. The toppings bar is always well-stocked and super clean, which is always a good sign.
It’s fast, it’s filling, and it doesn’t taste like your typical grab-and-go chain. Definitely my go-to when I’m craving something quick but still want to feel like I made a decent choice. I feel like I’m eating something healthy, full of fresh ingredients.
Bonus points for plenty of seating and parking nearby.

I love Taco Del Mar, not the one in Kirkland. My partner went in and got the order and we were already too far to turn back when I realized there was hardly anything on the taco. Never had such a skimpy taco, even at taco bell. Will not be back to this Taco Del Mar, just skip this location.

I liked that the Subway style preparation which Taco Del Mar does for Mexican dishes. But there are too many good Mexican restaurants and food trucks in the Seattle area.
Their sauce on wet burrito was average.

I visited on a Friday afternoon, and there was no wait at 3 o’clock. I asked for something filling, and the cashier recommended one of the burritos. I had one with a wheat shell with refried beans, cheese, shredded chicken, pico de gallo, and sour cream. I was not disappointed! It was delicious, filling, and not too messy. I’ll be back.

Worst service ever. Hardly any chicken on my chicken salad. Charged my$8 for my told beans, chicken and guac bowl. Last time I eat here.

Food is good as normal, and it looked like they were a lot more careful with food contamination than in the past. My main complaints are one of the servers kept trying to insist on speaking in Spanish with me despite my expressing my confusion and starting the conversation in English with her (which she responded in to start), and how hot it was in the building. It was actually hotter inside than outside on a 95° evening due to a complete lack of airflow or conditioning, which makes me concerned for other patrons and the employees.

The food is generally good, nothing exceptional. Customer service could use some work. At my last visit with my girlfriend, we sat inside to eat but they were playing music so loud that we could barely hear each other. So I went to politely ask the employee at the counter if they could slightly turn down the music. He sighed as if it was a big chore and turned the music off, but not without rudely remarking “you know we have seats outside, right?” and then saying something about his boss wanting music on for customers. I tell him that I don’t care about the music itself, just the volume. He says again that there are seats outside and I just go back to my seat.
I feel like my request was incredibly reasonable but was met with an unnecessarily rude response from someone who has no experience with customer service. Honestly, I would have been fine with something like “no, sorry, we can’t turn the music down, but we have seats outside where there isn’t any music playing”.
This experience really left a sour taste in my mouth and makes me way less likely to come back.

I usually love this place but just had an awkward experience. You can get a large delicious burrito for about $10. No extras but lots of choices.
Today I ordered a California burrito which includes Mexican fried potatos.. When it got to the end of making it and there were no potatos to be seen, I asked about it. The clerk insisted that I had ordered a regular burrito (same price) and simply refused to add any potatos. There was an attitude about it. I didn’t feel like arguing over a burrito so just paid, tipped and left. No thank you was given by the clerk, which would have stopped me from writing this review if they had.

They have increased the prices and quality is going down, vegetarian option says it comes with guacamole – but they stopped adding it to burrito bowls , what are you charging for if you don’t have any roasted vegetables or guacamole in the vegetarian option? Kindly look into it please
