We love Taco City. Great food in a Tex-Mex style. The crunchy tacos are amazing. They do chimichangas. They have a great staff folks like Hannah and Kaylee and Dan who sets the positive vibe. Whenever we are in town we stop by at least once!

After 45 years and the same place they’re moving downtown on tuesday. Looks like a family-run business that is very authentic and the locals love them. They will continue to do well and good luck in your new location

We really liked this place! And the staff is SO awesome! I had them pick my meal and they chose the CHINGS – epic! Next time back we are going with the CHONGS. The only thing we weren’t extremely thrilled with was total bill (price), however it’s totally worth supporting local business. We will 100% be back.

This restaurant is a Cocoa Beach classic, been around for years. My wife and I stopped in for lunch today, our last visit was a long time ago. We walked in, were greeted with a tray full of chips, salsa, and set-ups. You order at the counter, and pay, lunch is brought to your table. We snacked on chips and salsa, very good, while we waited for our meals. The staff refilled our drinks and brought lunch. I had an enchilada/chili relleno combo that came on two plates, my wife had a Magnum, a large burrito filled with chicken, covered in sauce and cheese, served hot. Everything was very good, and we ate as much as we could, great portions. Fun time, with drinks the tab was just under 37$ before tip. We will be back!

Run of the mill mexican fare. The food is okay, the service was great, and the portions are good sized for the price. The mexican rice is a bit dry (undercooked). The chips and salsa are good. Salsas have good flavor, but the they were a bit too chunky.

It was fine. I saw on Reddit a lot of locals love it, and my friend loved it, so decided to try. I got the pork taco and beef taco. They are yummy, but not fabulous. My friend got the blackened fish and that one was better than both of mine even though I don’t really like fish. Won’t be back.

Ever just want a straight up old school taco/burrito place that gives you all you can eat warm chips and salsa and no fancy pretensions or ridiculous pricing? Looking for some great food with lots of flavor and healthy portions, where you can walk in in flip flops after a long day at the beach? Yea, me too. This is that place.
Food was ready fast and you pay and order at the counter and then sit down and just relax while they bring it to you. They’ve been here for at least 20+ years because I used to come by here as a kid and loved it bringing my own kid.
Margaritas were good and strong. The tacos were delish. Definitely a place to return to whenever we are in the area.

Great taco place. I used to live in Cocoa Beach and would eat here all the time but I’ve since moved back to Charleston SC and every time we visit FL we always make the drive to Taco City They fry their hard shells for the tacos and it gives them a unique shape. All the food is delicious. Walk in, pick your seat, then when you’re ready to order walk up to the counter. Easy peasy.
They sell hats and tee shirts as well.

The Chong was deliciously decadent. The tacos were amazing. Fun local beer selection. Nice outdoor patio and right off the beach. Solid ambience. The service was friendly. They did forget to make my meal. So I had to wait another 20 minutes. It would have been nice to be comped, yet they did not. They even messed up the order for two of my party members. They definitely need to get their kitchen in order. Only one spot for a party larger then 6. Be sure to look at my photos in the review.
