I stopped here a couple of times a month on my way through from the Metroplex. Every time I’m here the employees are always super nice and helpful. Even though the town, I’m headed to also has taco Casa I stop here because of how great the employees are.

This is a fantastic Taco Casa. The service here was great. We were greeted the moment we walked in the door. The baby started crying after we sat down, and one of the workers came by with a toy and made sure he was okay. It is a great team of people working here this day. The food was spot on and exactly what you expect at a taco Casa. The super nachos were most definitely super. Thank you!

Service was fast and the staff was nice, I think they must of been out of Taco meat. I asked what was on the Taco burger. They said taco meat, sauce, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Well I got sauce, cheese, a little lettuce and I didn’t see tomatoes. My husband ordered beef and been burrito. Mostly all bean and no beef. We were traveling so I’m sure that know once you get on the road you won’t turn around. Hopefully the manager corrects this with the staff. The taco burger does not look like the Taco Casa Burger on the website. My Nachos were good, but cheese was all on the outside of the container. It was inside of to go container so that was a good thing or it would of been a big mess.

Super nice staff, Kudos to the manager, just good folks. We have been greeted with a friendly smile every time we visit this restaurant, and unlike some other Taco Casas, they don’t short on the meat or cheese, which is why we keep coming back.

The service at this location was very disappointing. Two ladies working on 10/5 at 7:30 pm were unnecessarily rude. We had just arrived when an older man with two grandkids asked for a refill and was treated poorly, as if they couldn’t be bothered. We ourselves felt like a nuisance. When we stopped for a refill on our way out, one of the staff rolled her eyes and loudly complained that they need to turn the drink machines around. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in the service industry.

We eat here fairly often and the food is always good. The service is also good and the place always has clean tables. Seems very well ran. Imo, its what Taco Bell used to be.

First time trying and went through the drive thru. Had questions and and staff taking order came across as bothered to answer. They only offer ground beef as a protein. Tried taco and burrito. One and done, will not return.

I stopped at taco casa in Eastland Texas because the food always tastes better than Taco Bell drove thirty miles home open up my super nachos and this is what I get. If this is how you serve it then you need to rename it super dip because I had to take my chips and just dip it in each one of ingredients until I finally decided just mix everything together and then dip the chips in it. Highly upset at my dinner decision now.
