The menu pictures do not do the actual product justice as in the actual product is much larger. The food has a great taste along with plenty of meat, beans and what ever else is on what it is you’re ordering. The staff is friendly and cordial, the prices though seem a little high as you look at the menu however again that is made up with the completed product that is delivered to you at your table hot, fresh and with expediency.
The location is kept clean by the constantly moving staff.

I came here about 330 today to get my dad some food because he likes the food from here. I’m a manager at a restaurant and I would never allow my employees to man a drive through the way the woman today did. She didn’t say anything just took the money and the shoved the food out the window and when I went to tell her to have a good night she shut the window. That is not good customer service. You have to make the customer feel welcomed and I didn’t feel like they wanted our business. Is that how taco casa trains their people to handle the customers if so do better.

Dishonest pricing and terrible customer service.
They raised their taco prices but didn’t update the board. When we got to the window, we were told the total was $48.99 for 20 tacos — when it’s normally around $28.99. That’s a 72% increase, with no heads-up or sign.
We asked them to honor the price listed on the board, but the manager refused to do anything. No apology, no adjustment — just told us that’s the new price. And let’s be real, these aren’t even authentic Mexican tacos to be charging $2.50 each.
We ended up canceling the entire order. If a restaurant makes a mistake, they should fix it — not pass it onto the customer. He also asked for my receipt back so I wasn’t able to take a pic of it. This place has completely lost our business.

First they didn’t give us our drinks I over looked it. But when we gotten our food I took one bite and there was a long black curly hair in my burrito when we brought it to them the lady smiled an told them to do better we asked for a refund and they tried to make us wait 30 mins bc they didn’t want to go outside to get there manager. Came and got some food last night about 9ish. Ordered 4 super tacos and 4 regular tacos with a super nacho. Total was about $42.00. All of the super tacos had lettuce though I asked for them to remove the lettuce. Also two of my super tacos had cheeses only no meat. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Ordered cheese nachos with peppers and a couple other menu items. For the nachos the chips were placed in a large carton, cheese poured over the top and peppers scattered around. That would be ok if the weren’t a Togo order – all the other times I’ve ordered the nacho items were in separate containers so that you don’t have a cold limp nacho when you were going to eat it later. A disgusting mess, but the biggest disappointment was the chips were old and stale, very old and stale.

Best bean and cheese burritos EVER!
They are huge and so yummy! My favorite deal right now… you can get a gallon of tea and 20 burritos for less than it would cost for a family of 4 to eat out. I’m as happy as a foodie could be… now I just need some chocolate cake. ❤️

This place is such a joke. Way overpriced for cheap food. Nothing special or great. Just taco bueno or bell quality food. Then after trying and spending about 15$ they want to nickel dime me for a ramekin of green sauce. And argue about the free sauce. Really! Avoid go to real restaurant.

Went through the driveway and ordered multiple items. Four of which came in the little container with the plastic lids. They crammed them all in a paper sack and then put the paper sack on top of my tacos in the plastic sack and when I opened the bag all the tops were off and food was everywhere inside the paper bags. Come on taco casa do better
