I ordered through the drive through and it wasn’t extremely busy. I had ordered just one super salad with no olives because I’d be sharing the food with my kid. I get my food and don’t think anything of it because they gave me a box. We just got home after being out all day for appointments, and the food we ended up getting was a super tostada that still had olives on it. I tried to call them 3 times and no one has answered the phone. I hope the owner or business actually looks at their reviews because I definitely hate my experience and don’t have time to go up there today to get my order corrected.

They have the BEST sweet tea and I tell everyone that!! Taco Casa food just tastes better than the other fast food taco places to me. I wish they would have a little more variety on their menu. But don’t mess with the sweet tea!!!

I dont know who fixed my Nachos yesterday, but I Love you. It should always be like it was. I always get a Super Nacho with no beans, extra beef and when i tell you my nachos were worth the $10 that day! Only complaint is I had a few really hard like rock chips and the live flies buzzing in the windows.Other than that, it’s always clean, service is good and fast. I get the taco light it’s always perfect they have really good sauce I love to dip it in never had a problem with anybody there always have been so nice and personable it’s always been super clean never had a problem and they load it down with cheese everything everybody else in town act like they’re cheese Nazis this place is awesome

So the food isn’t bad. But this location cannot figure out how to melt cheese on a tortilla for a kid. Like I’ve done it easily at other locations with 0 problems. Melted cheese on a tortilla with beans is no problem but take out the beans and it’s a foreign concept.

We really enjoy the quality, fresh ingredients Taco Casa uses, and the restaurant is always very clean. 3 stars go out to the angry elf at the register (whom I think happens to be management) whose gretting almost made me walk backwards out the door and change my mind about sitting down after a long day of work and enjoying dinner with family. What a grump. Don’t work front line customer service if you can’t act like you care even if you really don’t. Specifically verbally stating your distain for the quality of your day (if it were said light heartedly, I’m always up for a silly verbal dig at at the end of a hard day’s work) but come on dude, you were just tacky. You don’t know me from Adam so if you’re going to act like me dining at the establishment I’m paying to eat at (and you’re getting paid to work at) is THAT BAD, then step away man. Sorry if you were legitimately having the worst day of your life. Ya know, you could’ve had the best interaction of your day had you not have dropped your load on the end of my day.
