I went in there Halloween night and ordered a pizza. The girl who took my order not only didn’t wear gloves when she made my pizza (I’m not even sure if she washed her hands because I wasn’t watching till a minute or so later) but she was texting on her phone WHILE she was making the pizza. She dropped the phone long enough just to use that hand to toss the dough and put the cheese one. Everyone knows how bacteria filled phones as most people rarely sanitize them and take their phones EVERYWHERE with them. For whatever reason, I didn’t complain. I tried to tell myself that anything would burn off in the oven. The thought bothered me so much that I ended up just throwing it away. I sent a complaint to the company but never heard a word back. No apology, no standard response, no acknowledgement at all. So, here I am.

This review is for you Brandon Christianson, shift lead since you told me to call you out by name when I said I was going to file this complaint with DoorDash. So I’ll also call you out here too.
You are the most snide and unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Customers, don’t order from this store.
The pizza literally had MAYBE a tablespoon. Of cheese on the whole thing. I called to try and get a proper pizza with cheese and this snarky “team lead” basically lied and said he made it himself and there was a cup and a half of cheese on it. Anything to not have to make a new one and send it back out as a replacement for this one they can have back.
Also they use DoorDash for their delivery instead of own drivers and do not put safety seals on the pizzas. So basically any driver can have access to your food if they choose to. Not sanitary at all.
So this pizza is now in the garbage, and I guess I need to file a claim with bank to have the funds returned.
If the actual manager sees this, please find a worker who isn’t so rude and snide to customers. I’ll never order from this location again.

Im normally not one to complain but come on papa johns lower greenville you got to do better. First its not disclosed that they don’t deliver it’s contracted out through door dash who don’t have or use pizza warmer bags like most pizza delivery places. So food was luke warm. Then the quality of the pizza was horrible. Half the pizza seperated from the crust when picked up and spots where holes in dough where you could see fingers through the bottom of the pizza with the entire pizza toppings just falling of everywhere. Definitely was eaten but not in the form of pizza or anything normal to it. Especially for $25 should have been better. Ordered here one time in the 5 years of living on this side of town so bummer.

Got pizza for family. The Manager on duty was very nice. The epic garlic was SALTY… SALTYYYY. I would not purchase the epic garlic again but the family loved the bone-in wings.

I ordered some pizza for my girlfriend and I the other day and spent around $50 on these two meals. I ordered a supreme and my girlfriend ordered a square pizza. When the pizza came after I already paid my pizza was all messed up and my girlfriend did not get the square pizza she ordered. I’m prepared to write a few more reviews on many different accounts I have unless my issue is taken care of. If not this will stay up and the reviews will keep on coming

It’s like Ray Charles was raised from the dead to create this pizza! The slices was supper big to super tiny. I ordered the Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni how do you guys forget the pepperoni? Keep in mind soon as I open the app this pizza was being advertised! They decided to take the additional toppings I ordered & place it on one slice of the pizza. Perhaps they wanted us to get one good slice ? This is someone that doesn’t want to be at work! I have small children and a family to feed the manager came across nonchalant & dismissive he did offer to remake it but considering all that happened I didn’t trust them remaking my family dinner. He did issue a full refund. We have ordered in store and usually have no issues. I couldn’t understand the reviews being so negative until aha I order online avoid this place like the plague and go to another location! It’s now way past our dinner time thanks Papa Johns and management!!!

Pizza tastes like Papa John’s Pizza, nothing wrong with that. Best part is always the free garlic sauce. Worst boneless chicken wings I’ve ever had though. Look bad and taste worse. So disappointing.

The black girl working the front Saturday about 630.. wow! This girl had the worst attitude and ugliest mean look on her face. I just came in for a pick up and this girl with braids was giving me the dirtiest look! Not a hello or anything! I’ve never encountered an employee look so rude without even speaking!
