After having a negative experience at the Norwood location, I tried reaching to them to explain the details. Due to their lack of customer service skills, I was unable to get a resolution. I’ve been a customer of Taco Casa for over 30 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. I reached out to the Montgomery Rd location and explained my experience at Norwood. Thankfully I was able to explain my experience to Trevon, manager, and he went above and beyond to resolve my issue and retained me as a customer. Thanks Trevon for your superior customer service and caring about your customer base.

The people were ok but very poorly staffed. Food was horrible and tastes half cooked. I took a few bites of one of the tacos I had and it tasted bloody. Like an undone piece of chicken. And when I looked at the tomato’s they looked old like they had been sitting out. And my jalapeños look like they had been put in a blender almost like baby food. Place needs to be reported to the health department and the better business bureau.

First timer at this location. Bottom line is I ordered too much food. Tacos were ok, tostito pretty good but I was not a fan of the enchilada. Sides of rice and beans cost more than what was on their menu board. Interior was garish with bold colors so I am glad I did a carryout. Once a year visit at most.

I called 2 days ahead (on Tuesday) to order a party size taco salad to pickup at 8:30pm on Thursday before they close at 9pm. I left my name and phone number with the girl who took my order. On Thursday at 8:25pm, I went to pick up my order and was told that my order was cancelled because there was “not enough workers.” I asked the two guys there why they didn’t call or text me to let me know? They both looked lost and shrugged it off. One worker suggested me to order pizza. This party size order was for a night shift work party event. You can be sure I will tell others about this and not recommend this Norwood location restaurant.

Girl comes out and asks me what my order was, I said 2x, TACO SALAD NO BEANS, TACO SALAD NO BEANS.
Order is brought out by male server who says out loud as he hands it to me and apologizes for my wait, ” TACO SALAD GROUND BEEF NO BEANS, SORRY FOR YOUR WAIT SIR”.
I get home starving, ready to enjoy a treat I haven’t had in 2 years and guess what!

Needs a very thorough cleaning…tables, bathroom, floors. Scared to know what kitchen might reveal.
We were there last night, Oct.11, young man taking orders did not seem to be all there.
We used to love this place. Taco salads still good. The guacamole was AWFUL.

Ive been a customer for 25+ years. My experience today was not good. The young lady working the front counter was not managing the line well or customer feedback. There were issues with line management and unhappy customers when I entered. Instead of addressing any customer complaints she blew everyone of them off. I shouldn’t be surprised when my order was incorrect, I brought it back to tell her & was treated as an inconvenience and told that is what I ordered. I’ve faithfully ordered the same exact thing for 25 years. I’ve never mistaken a chilito for an enchilada. After being met with resistance, I tried it, didn’t like it and through it away. I told her they are NOT the same thing, to which she implied, and told her I didn’t like it and threw it away to which her response was a careless “ok.” Whattttt?!?
If this is how you treat your guests in this market environment, you won’t have any left. My taco salad was fine. I still won’t be back due to the poor service experience today. The 2 ladies in the kitchen should’ve been running the front as well. They do a much better job.

Booo! Was not pleased with my recent visit after enjoying TC for many years. When we entered the cashier was busy being social with the couple ahead of us. 5 minutes waisted. My vegetarian friend’s no-meat order had meat. And the kitchen was slow with our order.
Could be my last visit.
