The people were great and the food was okay. Either the tomatoes or the taco sauce had a slight sour taste. Only enough to bring it down 1 star but worth mentioning. When they ask if you want mild, hot or very hot, they really do mean hot, not like the other taco place. It had been over 30 years since I went to a Taco Casa, so, overall it was a worthwhile endeavor.

Do yourself a favor, and keep on driving by the Northport location in front of Tractor Supply and Big Lots. Chicken Sancho was refrigerator cold and I mean completely cold. Shorted on other food, but what we received was warm, at least. To the owner(s), be involved with your business!!!!!!!!!!!! It starts at the top. Wasted our hard earned money. If I could rate below zero, I would. Don’t worry about reaching out. We’re not coming back. Take your advertising money that you promote your business with on the radio and invest it in the management!! and your employees!!! for a better food experience for the customers!!!!!! Absolutely horrible. We’ve been eating here since this location opened and it’s downhill. Once or twice I can understand, but…!!! Owner(s) take some training classes from Chick-fil- A on how a business should operate and not what customers should have to put up with.

Absolutely the worse restaurant experience I’ve had in my life. Management is absolutely disgusting to its customers and to the employees. Nonstop cussing and talking about sex in the back , thats loud enough to be heard by the customers. The bathroom smells like someone pissed on the walls .The wait times are ridiculous and the food always ends up being cold . It’s so surprising that this local food chain has been in business for as long as it has been. Do yourself a favor and don’t visit Taco Casa , you’d be better off going to Taco Bell or a actual Mexican Restaurant .

First time I’ve been really disappointed in Taco Casa. Food was awful. Out of the 3 Tacos I order All 3 had a small amount of meat with 3/4 of the taco lettuce. One thing that sets taco casa apart from other fast food taco places, was the fact that they actually put a good amount of meat on it.

Taco casa has been a staple in our community for my entire life. With that said, I live near the west location in front of Tractor Supply. This location has to be the worst out of all of them. The service has went down hill. The food gets worse and worse and to top it off, the drive-thru can never get an order correct. Its either the wrong food or worse yet, food is missing. When you call up there you don’t get offered a refund or credit or anything. I’m expected to leave my family again, come get cold food and drive back home. No sorry for the inconvenience or incompetence or anything. The staff act like you are bothering them by coming to order. This is an ongoing issue or I wouldn’t be posting this review. Maybe the owners can address this and improve what used to be a spectacular dining experience. The cost has went way up and the quality has hit bottom.

My opinion on Taco Case has been changed forever after my most recent visit to this particular location. The food was awful, the rice was crunchy, the soft tacos were literally falling apart in the wrappers. I could have gone to Taco Bell and had better food. The hallway outside of the restrooms smelled like hot sewage, inside the men’s restroom the smell was even worse. The air vents over the dining area had condensation build up and it was actively dripping down onto the tables, the food, and me. The dining area was so cluttered with chairs and tables randomly, it was next to impossible to navigate the area without rubbing my butt against someone else trying to eat. I won’t be returning and I’ll be sure to tell anyone I can to not go there again.
