I like the place. I enjoy the food and most of the staff is pretty good. They have a few that suck but for the most part the people who work here are genuinely friendly and take pride in their work. That’s super rare in fast food these days. I usually order a few soft tacos, a burrito, and a Sancho. The portions are small so you need to get a lot to get full but it is a unique experience. It’s the only place that offers this particular flavor profile and I happen to be a fan. Long live Taco Casa.

Taco bout some good tacos! Best fast food Mexican I’ve ever had. Queso was delicious. The shell was crunchy. The shredded cheese melts in your mouth. And the beef was authentic and delicious.

Late night visit and they stayed until everyone in line was served. Nice guy serving at drive thru. Discount for cash. Food is so tasty. Reminds me of TB in the 80s. Sure wish there were some Taco Casa near us, this one is 100 miles from home. Menu item #1 in my photo. I want to try all the combos.

I ended up hitting the drive thru about 30 minutes before they closed. So, I had to wait longer than expected. Regardless, the staff was apologetic and very cool. The food is always great.

I was a little disappointed. Since I moved to Alabama I haven’t found “Good”Mexican food. I’m use to real stuff like I had growing up in Los Angeles and Milwaukee! Everything thing here is drowned with nacho cheese sauce or a white cheese sauce. I’ve never seen it any where else but Alabama lol. So I will have to give Taco Casa a 6 out of 10.

Taco casa is a Tuscaloosa staple. Got my usual order of 4 extra hot chicken with a side of cheese sauce. Hits the spot every time. Plus their Saban tribute on the iconic taco sign outside is very touching

Service was VERY slow waited in the drive thru for well over an hour. Not the service you want to have when you’re very hungry. Employees are hired to serve. I dont feel as if we were served according to the standard Taco Casa wishes or sadly mine.
