I waited in line for a good nine minutes and they pulled me into a parking space for a solid fifteen minutes! That’s absolutely ridiculous! My order wasn’t a big order but t was a mobile order that was placed almost twenty by minutes in advance but I guess they don’t prioritize mobile orders? Whoever is in charge, manager or assistant manager needs to get on the staff that worked on august 29th at 12:00pm because those wait times are terrible, I’ll just wait in the line next time and be a Karen when they tell me to move because I still had to get off and wait at the counter, pretty sure they just forgot.

Firstly, in no way do i mean to discredit the employees. All TWO of them were hustlers and doing all they could to handle the onslaught of hunger striking at noon. That being said it took me 4 times as long to get my order as it did to eat it. I ate in 15 min.

Good fast food at a great price. Nice variety for your family’s taste buds. I had a cabana sampler and everything tasted nice and fresh. They have a salsa bar too. They have brisket and flautas with guacamole for around three bucks. If something doesnt seem fresh or to your liking, the staff will gladly make you another plate. Excellent customer service!

Honestly I’ve never waited this long in a drive through at taco cabana. Took 10 minutes for them to even take my order when no one was ahead of me…. then had to wait for bean and cheese tacos for 30 minutes. Again, no one in front of me… weird experience here. Avoiding this location.

There were no people head of us there were homeless two people inside the restaurant they took forever for a myself and my daughter we order to Taco seats with chips and queso the other people in back of us ordered quite a bit of a food to dine in they got theirs before we did until I stood up and asked for the manager asked which was ours it was the one before that woman came and got this big order I guess they forgot about us after waiting 30 minutes for our food to come for only four tacos cheese took forever there goes my lunch they need to be more organized and more professional it was not quite two homeless people there myself and and two people so they were not busy at all very poor

Went to 6867 New Hwy 90-W location. While ordering in the drive thru was a breeze, the female CSR at the window had a grumpy attitude. Even while attempting to make a simple conversation to help lighten her mood, she just stares daggers at you. Order #209411 was supposed to be 3 bean and cheese and a lg sweet tea, ended up with 3 bacon and egg, which I suppose is okay even though it wasn’t what was desired.
